Craft Into Art — Attraction in Delaware Township

We did a group kid class with Jackie and had the best time. When I first heard the price it sounded like a lot to me but I was totally ignorant about what goes into hosting a class like this, how much behind the scenes work there is for set up and then especially after class. After listening to my kid ask 54738 questions and whippin clay juice everywhere I feel like she should charge more 🤣. If you're interested in trying out pottery, Craft Into Art is a wonderful studio. I had been doing pottery for about 6 months before meeting Jackie, and she taught me a ton of new techniques and made me a much better potter. She is an excellent teacher, pays close attention to each student, is very knowledgeable, and is fun to boot. She put a lot of care into making sure that I could do the projects I was interested in, in the time I needed them (including for some time bound gifts). Booked a class for my wife and I to enjoy during our anniversary weekend in Lake wallenpaupack. Class started at 6 but got an email and thats it telling me im getting refunded. Was already near it after the 40 minute drive from our hotel so stuck around to see whats going on or if there was a mistake. Doors were locked and no one there. Not sure if this is just a scam but got no explanation and wasted an hour and a half of driving....
