The worst customer service. I came in for a gel manicure, it took over an hour and it looked beyond unprofessional. See attached photos. Decided to try them again for a pedicure. They offered me a spot in 40 min and not other time slot. I asked to call back so I can arrange child care since there was no later slot. I called 15 min later and no appointment available. I had a regular pedi/mani done in the beginning of August for a trip.

The mani began chipping after two days. By day four, I needed to have it removed.

The pedi is a different story.

The top coat (the colored coat) began chipping after three weeks which is normal.

When I tried to remove it with a nail polish remover, it was a nightmare. It took about half an hour of aggressive scrubbing and rubbing to get it off, which is something I’ve never experienced in all my years of getting nails done.

I am thrilled with the two gel manicures that I have had. Olga did an amazing job. She is technically proficient and truly cares about every single detail. Appointments are made and confirmed so there is absolutely no waiting time. The salon is beautiful and super clean. I’ve never had anyone compliment my nails before until I had a manicure there. Natasha shaped my eyebrows with such a soft touch, I literally almost fell asleep! I can’t wait for my facial. Can’t recommend them...
