WHAT A JOKE! OK! food can’t handle a weekend rush to save their lives. I’ve worked in food service before for many years, once Friday hits this place is a wash and it’s pretty pathetic considering the areas has like 500 residents, prices aren’t cheap and they CANNOT handle weekend pressure.
Refused take out order on a Friday because “ all the ppl outside “ I looked there was maybe! 15 people outside playing frisbee and drinking and the place was half full inside. They’re lazy, on google they even say they closed on Friday to avoid crowds. It’s pathetic. Our local Chinese spot can handle triple the rush no crying. Screw this place. Their food ok at best. Further more theyre responding to me talking about “ skilled bartenders” seems more like laziness and deflection to me, no one was mad about “ waiting “ I left a negative review because they refused my business because of how “ busy “ they were....
Read moreWas there tonight for a late lunch, someone in my party ordered a specialty cocktail and took a sip and did not like it. We politely sent it back and simply ordered another cocktail. We enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. When time came around for the bill, that specialty drink we did not drink and sent back was still on the bill. First off, if that’s your policy why not state that before you take the drink away, if we are paying for it we definitely would’ve found a way to drink it. Second off, I have worked in the industry for years and have never ever done that to a costumer, if the drink has halfway gone then heck yeah charge them for it but we took two sips. I’m very unhappy with...
Read moreGreat place to visit for a drink and games, but if you aren't a regular or sitting directly at the bar, you're often forgotten about. Twice now--on two separate visits--the bartender has taken drink orders from my group at the dining table only to serve others at the bar and forget to return the simple beer that was ordered from the group. Additionally, a spill was cleaned by the waitress using a dustpan and broom to sweep off some crumbs and napkins instead of a rag. I did not see the waitress sanitize the table after sweeping a broom across the tabletop, but to be fair, perhaps the broom and dustpan are only used for cleaning tables... This place would benefit from hiring at least one more waitress to work on the "nonbusy days" for those dining in and sitting away...
