I give them a big online grocery order every two weeks. There are things wrong and missing from the order every single time. Ive gotten things that i never even ordered. Im a senior citizen in my sixties, and ive gotten babies teething cookies!!! Today, i gave them a $272.00 order. I filled out the section saying substitutions were fine, but if in doubt please call me, and i left my name, my number, and a thank you. As usual, there were items missing, marked unavailable. If unavailable, shouldn't that be where substitutions are made? But no, i just didnt get the items i counted on. I wanted Butterball ground turkey and its marked unavailable. You mean to tell me there is no other brand of ground turkey they could substitute? Same thing for Weis sugar substitute. They marked it unavailable! So now, i have no sweetner when they could have substituted it with Splenda, Stevia, something. Then i call them to find out why. The lady is telling me im yelling. I swear on everything holy, i i talk loud, but i was not yelling. The manager starts telling me she has a headache and doesn't need me making it worse. Well, at that point i cursed, and had enough and hung up the phone. They lost a loyal good paying customers due to their incompetent employees. Sorry i cursed, but geeze, its every single time there are problems with the online grocery orders. I really liked them when they first opened and had been a loyal customer since the grand opening....
Read moreI’m at Wise Market and I have to take a minute to talk about Anthony. This guy is an absolute machine. Out in the parking lot, he’s handling carts, pushing them, putting them away, moving merchandise, running errands—basically keeping the entire store flowing by himself. And the card section? He’s moving hundreds of cards, stacking them, organizing them, making it look effortless. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing.
What makes it even crazier is the weather. One minute it’s blazing hot, the next it’s freezing cold, and somehow Anthony doesn’t miss a beat. He’s out there giving everything he’s got, sweating under the sun, shivering in the cold, yet still focused, precise, and fast. Watching him is like seeing a master at work—he makes a physically exhausting job look almost artistic.
Seriously, the guy looks like he could use a break—he’s clearly giving 110%—but more than that, he deserves a raise. Not just a little recognition, but full-on applause for the dedication, skill, and sheer effort he puts in every single day. If there were a gold medal for cart-pushing, card organization, and overall store hustle, Anthony would win...
Read moreThis new store is more a gourmet grocery store on the mountain, as opposed to what you are used to seeing. ALL of the employees are very friendly & extremely helpful. The aisles are wide & of course the store is in immaculate shape as far as cleanliness. The employees that come out to help you with your grocery pick up are always friendly anf they DO help you place your packages in the car. We just transferred our medications to their pharmacy dept., as it's closer to our house. They are Always nice. The pharmacy is still working out some glitches as far as their app (our profile exists, but all medications disappeared) but that is thru no fault of the pharmacist or the employees. The ladies at Customer care ALWAYS have a smile and a laugh for you. I'm sad to see some of this beautiful mountain gone, but having this store closer to us is a huge bonus. Idk if they deliver groceries at all from this store, but they do NOT deliver to Log Tavern Road, which is very close. We cannot always get out so if they start deliveries here, it...
