I bought me & my son the membership so we can go anytime we want, I bought it because it was a “good deal”. The first day we went it was a great time, the VERY NEXT DAY we go again, I mean why not? It’s better than being in the heat at the park. The day prior we were able to grab a can soda or gatorade or food snack as our “one free snack” that’s included in the membership (a big reason I bought the package I did) & when we came back the next day after playing for a little my son went to get a drink & they told us we could only have bottle water or food snacks, the rules changed with the new owner……

I have several issues with this, first of all I get taking the soda away, but the GATORADE? There is a water fountain, so really what is the point in the water bottles? & if they do use their “ONE free snack” on food you have to buy a drink, with how much they run around they get thirsty FAST. They also have a big sign on the door saying “NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK”. Basically giving you no choice but to spend $3 on a drink because all their food & drinks are overpriced.

It’s my 2nd day with the endless play membership & I honestly feel like they scammed me. I bought the endless play so we wouldn’t have to spend $20 or more just to go have some fun. & those rules need to be more clear on the website because it’s simply not fair to the guests when they come one day & the next the rules change. & like I said before, I understand taking away soda cans, but you aren’t gonna convince me it’s the best choice for the company to only give out water bottles. You could do fountain drinks & it would cost CENTS per person. & if you’re gonna refuse to give them anything but water the membership holders should at least be able to bring their own drink. Read the fine print & ask questions because they aren’t telling you everything. I’m more angry about how it was advertised & never mentioned when I was buying the membership. I could have chosen the cheaper one instead if I would have had all of the...

I refuse to take my children to this facility again! We have come to this specific Urban Air for years! For the last few weeks the staff has allowed a group of young girls (maybe around the age of 10 or 11 and at least three or four girls) to be dropped off by their parent and stay for HOURS on HOURS with no adult present. I recognized them because they have bullied my daughters on two different occasions in which now I understand why I was never able to find their parents to ask that they speak with their children. As we were paying for our passes I asked the gentleman attending customers if an adult just dropped them off, and he says “yes.” I then asked if this is something that is allowed and he said “well no, but we know them. They are here everyday”. I let him know I was aware of the monthly passes and the ability to return frequently, but I did not think that gave anyone special “privileges”. Let me make clear that I would NEVER leave my child alone in a building with strangers and would assume that such a large company would never make these type of exceptions! Adding to this, we live very close to a “valley of cities” that were recently tied to trafficking!!! THIS IS INSANE!!!! The young man then continued “They are fine, I have their parents numbers right here.” (he pointed to a sticky note that was stuck to the bottom of the computer screen). I responded with “So if we had passes and came more frequently, this would be an exception for us too?” He replied “Oh no, (and then chuckled) We don’t know you”.

I have been in situations that make me nervous for the well being of a child, but NEVER like this. It is UNACCEPTABLE and not a company I...

I'm giving the service and the fun time my kids had a 5 star. I wished we could rate individually and make a few suggestions. 1. 5* We had Warren as a host and he was very attentive to our needs. We somehow didn't get a host assigned and he volunteered to stay after he was meant to go home so we were taken care of. 2. 3* All my kids absolutely loved playing on all the attractions, however most could use some updates as the high-low spinning attraction is no longer operable, parts of the floor is messed up in the jungle gym, & ropes are frayed. 3. 5* The food selection and drink selection is pretty good for this place and the pizza comes out so fresh and hot, the wings are delicious, and so are the nachos. 4. 4* prices are a bit high and I do wish they would offer more online coupons and discounts for families especially those that are larger. The price for a monthly membership is fairly cheap though so if you plan to visit often I would suggest doing that. 5. 5* The staff used to be less attentive than they have been the last few times so I'm thankful they've upped their customer service game. From the managers to the host to the concession stand, they all went above and beyond to ensure our party was a hit. There was one lady in the kitchen that even sprayed off our plastic container before we left so the sticky icing wouldn't get on everything when we transported it home.

Thank you Urban Air of Denison, TX for making my daughters birthday party memorable. She really needed a...

Dangerous environment for kids. I reported multiple incidents of bullying, harassment, and even physical assault on young children at the Denison location, yet management never responded. This has become an unsupervised after-school hangout where rules aren’t enforced, kids sneak in without paying, and staff can’t or won’t control aggressive behavior. Incredibly disappointing because we love Urban Air and have been a member for years in Tennessee before moving to Texas. If Urban Air doesn’t address these issues, it’s only a matter of time before a serious injury happens. Until safety is prioritized, I cannot recommend this park to any family. Avoid!!!!

This is a very well run and clean urban air. I came here with 4 kiddos on a Saturday and I couldn’t believe how well run the facility was. Lots of staff at all the many children areas and the cafe/ eatery. 26$ for all of the attractions and the food is decently priced as well 16$ full pizza or 3$per slice. I spent a full hour on one of the massage chairs 20$ very we’ll worth it. Plus, I know my kids will sleep great tonight. I have been to sooooo many of the jumping/ amusement parks all over the dfw metroplex and this is definitely the best well run park that I have ever attended.

We were searching for a venue for a birthday party and discovered Urban Air Denison. When we called the office, Kayla was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating to our plans. Later, we met with the party manager, William, who was humble and very supportive of our needs. He ensured that we had a wonderful party. All the kids had a fantastic time. It was an amazing experience, and we all had a great time. I highly recommend this place! # supportive staff # clean place # reasonable price # awesome party place
