I almost didn't give 5 stars b/c I tried to order a Pistachio Latte, and it showed they were running low. We placed the order, and it told us they were out. I chose my next latte and placed our order; they said they were out of it also. At that point, we'd reached their parking lot. I was headed to an appointment; it was freezing cold, and we had a Starbucks stop in our schedule, but not with delays. I had to suddenly come up w/another choice that would NOT include any gluten b/c of my allergy. (Caramel drizzle has gluten:FYI) Then, a few hours later, my daughter shows up, and they had not been far behind us at the SAME Starbucks, and she ordered the latte that was my 2nd choice! For her, they just didn't have the stuff to sprinkle on top of the chestnut praline latte, which I would have been perfectly fine with! I was frustrated! The people here are kind and quick!! I just get frustrated when I have a decision made, and it seems like someone else's choices make things more difficult. Maybe it was an oversight; maybe someone just didn't want to bring stock from the back to the front of the store in that moment. I'll never know. This will not deter me from spending hard earned money at this Starbucks again. My daughters go in debt at THIS Starbucks! I will continue to indulge in the occasional Gluten-free coffee drink at this Starbucks. By the way, if you're searching for Starbucks refillable cups, this store will probably have them! We tried 4 different stores on a trip that we wanted to bring gifts home from. You can't find them everywhere! They had them here and with color choices! I'll try to add a pic later. Read moreI understand the method in which Starbucks operates, which is best for them. However, ever since doing online orders, they Prioritize those in front of walk-in customers which is backwards if you ask me. Somebody orders online then goes to the drive-through and picks it up. I watch 14 drinks be made for the drive-through why I stood and waited for a double shot espresso over 12 minutes and I never got my drink. I finally just asked for a refund and walked out I would hope that a corporation this large could find a better method to service all three avenues of customers. Maybe they’re unaware.
Update to the review stopped in today to get a drink. No one in the store one car in the drive-through but they informed me it would be like a 15 to 20 minute wait for my drink because they were so busy taking care of phone orders again take care of the people in your store first then take care of...

I ordered a Venti Matcha latte which was the reason for the entire order. When I saw the picture it said 2 of 2. I ordered the Latte a Breakfast Sandwhich and a Yogurt. They completely just didn’t make the drink at all. Like who cares what the receipt clearly says. I was really annoyed because again that was the reason for the order. I called to let them know because it is not okay. The manager said people have a bad day well you should have an organized system to where the day is smooth for the employee and the customer Do Better..
