Brenda Nails — Attraction in Dennis

I tried to book an appointment for a mani/pedi for 5:00. Brenda asked if I could come at 4:30. I arrived, couldn’t find it since I didn’t know there was a fire (which is very unfortunate), but she should have informed me at the time that I booked. When I arrived, they had no idea I had an appointment which I booked 2 hours prior to arriving. I waited for 50 minutes before being seen, I had to cancel my pedi since I didn’t have time for both, but honestly I didn’t want to be stuck there any longer. The place was in shambles with a make shift nail salon, music was blaring and there is no Wi-Fi available, so instead of having a relaxing experience, catching up on my Netflix, I was completely annoyed. The only reason for one star, is because the nail technician did a good job, but the over all experience was terrible. Poor business practices which makes never want to...

Service sucks! I showed up as a walk in a few weeks back and they told me to "come back tomorrow" and "you should have called and made an appointment"... ??? There were only 3 people in the shop and Brenda told me she had to somewhere (why post your hours and accept walk-ins then???) So, lesson learned... The next time, I called and made an appointment. I drove 20 mins to get there only to sit an additional 35 mins (after my appointment time) waiting for someone to finish up. Finally, I just walked out. I would have had more respect for this salon if they just told me they were busy and couldn't take me at that time. I will not go back. This shop needs to be better managed and also needs respect...

Local nail shop. The staff are great. Renee and Kenny are great and have such happy personalities Always keep you laughing. All the girls are sweet also. The shop is super busy during the summer with all the tourists plus regulars. CALL and make an appointment the rest of the year they are just busy. I waited 30 minutes last week. Not too bad for a walk in. I find the shop clean. I like that they use disposable liners for pedicure s. I am always concerned about catching something. I recommend Brenda s...
