We spent three nights here in mid-July and had a really lovely time. I don't think I have ever been in a cleaner "motel" type. The room was small, but immaculate and charmingly decorated. The hosts were friendly, but not over-bearing. The property itself was beautifully landscaped and cared for. The pool was crystal clear. The only comments I would have are that the shower was very small (though very clean) and the water only comes out the showerhead (no lower nozzle). The bed was a little hard, but I prefer a softer bed. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The location was very central to the rest of Cape Cod and it was easy to cover the whole area with this as our home base. There are lots of delicious restaurants nearby. We would love to go again!

We had a great stay at Sesuit Harbor House with our two boys, ages 12 and 10. The location was convenient to the beach, dining, activities, etc. The grounds were well kept, the pool was fun, the room we stayed in was comfortable, spacious, and clean, and each morning there is a complimentary breakfast. We stayed for four nights and we plan to book again for next summer.

Great place to stay in Cape Cod. We had a large group in for a wedding. Pool and plenty of room for adults and kids to hang out and reconnect. Outdoor gas fire pit great gor evenings of fun.

We decided to book a last minute trip to the cape and found the Sesuit Harbor House. It looked like a nice place, we liked the website and the location looked great but it far exceeded our expectations!

From the beginning the communication was great! We received a text on the day of our trip letting us know our room was ready and how to proceed with contactless checkin.

The landscaping is gorgeous and quaint and the amenities were perfect and fun! Our room was just what we needed, two beds and a pullout couch, perfectly clean and the beds were SO comfortable. We were visiting with our two children and upon arrival, met Phil, the owner, who took us to meet his goats. The goats were beautiful and happy and the kids loved them! Every day we checked on our goat friends! Phil even gave my kids half a loaf of bread to feed the goats!

There is a beautiful pool with floats and towels, a huge gorgeous fire pit with lots of Adirondack chairs, a bean bag toss game and gorgeous grounds with lots of places to sit and relax. You can borrow a bike for the bike trail or even chairs for the beach. The location is perfect for beaches, restaurants and shopping!

They offer the sweetest breakfast - cereal, yogurt parfait, pastries/baked goods, coffee, tea, water, juice, all in a sweet picnic basket. It’s details and little touches like this that make this place so special.

All of the other people we met during our stay were so kind! We had great conversations and met wonderful people. I have to believe it’s because of the vibe Phil has created! Everyone felt like friends.

I think what really makes the Sesuit Harbor House so special is Phil. He spent so much time talking with us and getting to know us it truly felt like we were staying with family. Anything we needed he was more than happy to provide. Every morning we chatted with Phil and again every evening. He grew up on the Cape and is a wealth of knowledge about things to do but truly is just a lovely person. When it was time to go we really didn’t want to leave and Phil came out to send us off. I got a little teary-eyed which made me realize what a truly great time we had thanks to Phil.

We really felt at home at the Sesuit Harbor House and hope that you do too! You must stay here - we can’t wait to go back!

Andrea, Scott,...

According to TA, this accommodation is rated 4.8. I’m not sure what others are experiencing, but mine was a 3 at best.||My wife and I booked a Deluxe King, which has a walk-in shower, a king bed and a small sitting area.||Our first impressions were that this motel is very dated. Again, I don’t know what others experienced, so I will simply state facts.||The room that we were in is called ‘Harwich’ and was #17. ||To get in, you had to open an old-fashioned storm door before the main door. To open the main door, you have to use an old school hard key with the plastic holder with your room number on it. 1970 something, anyone?||We then got inside and noticed carpet on the floors that are stained in some spots, which overall seemed unsanitary. Finally, the bathroom is tiny, but not a big deal, except for the aforementioned walk-in shower. ||This walk-in is no wider than 3 feet across and 3 feet wide. This is not an exaggeration . My wife and I are not large people and we can barely turn around. ||Behind and under the bed needs serious cleaning attention, as did the wine glass that had a lipstick stain on it.||The bed, however, was very comfortable and we both felt rested in the morning. Further, there was a nice welcome note by Phil with candy, still water and a coffee maker with 2 branded mugs. ||The outside in areas is a little overgrown. For example, in the main building to get to the second level, the stairs are covered with overgrowth. . The fire pit area is nice, where we sat for a couple of hours.||In reading Phil’s bio, he has many years of hotel experience. He does well with branding with the mugs, stickers, note pads, etc. In my opinion, he now needs to work on renovating the rooms to bring them up to current standards, (reconstructing the rooms for larger showers, putting down luxury vinyl plank flooring, addressing the exterior of the buildings and some landscaping). ||This place has great potential. I’m sure those that stayed before us are overlooking many of these details, as they are likely recurring guests. Plus, this seems to cater to...

A few years ago we found Sesuit Harbor House and immediately knew it was our home away from home. It’s the only place we stay on the Cape. Our family of four looks forward to our Cape Cod stay every year and it’s because of this place. When you’re here, you’re family and that’s the vibe Phil and his family create. ||The rooms are comfortable and perfect with everything you need to have a great stay.|The grounds are stunning with a beautiful in-ground pool with towels, chairs/umbrella tables, inflatables; plenty of yard games for children and adults and GOATS! The goats are always so happy to see us and my children love watching them grow and multiply year after year.||There’s a lovely little breakfast each morning fitted with local pastries, the best yogurt parfait, cereal, all packaged to perfection at your request and placed in the sweetest picnic basket, oh and coffee, tea and juice. ||The fire pit is huge and cozy and is a gathering place where we have met some of the nicest people. ||SHH is so close to Mayflower Beach (the best beach in the world!) great restaurants and shops, it’s the perfect location on the Cape!||If you’re taking a trip to the Cape, staying at the Sesuit Harbor House is a MUST. We guarantee you’ll love it as much as we do. It feels like we’re going home to see family every year and for that we are so grateful. Each year we leave with tear filled eyes but look forward to our next stay at the beautiful and warm Sesuit Harbor House. Thank you, “Uncle Phil,” for welcoming us to your magical place...
