Visiting Ross Coppelman Goldsmith is a visually rich experience. Outside are beautiful gardens, and inside along with the handcrafted jewelry, hang vibrant abstract paintings. All the jewelry is made by hand onsite and you can watch the goldsmith creating new pieces. Ross works in high Karat gold and the cases are full of the warm 18k and 22k rings, necklaces, and bracelets. He also specializes in rare and unusual gemstones, so I know I'll see something unique. We worked with Ross to create a custom men's wedding band for my fiancé. Ross was more than willing to help us create something unique with elements and inspiration from my fiancé's father's wedding band, that looked like it was pulled from a shipwreck at the bottom of the ocean. While we were talking, Ross would pop into his workshop in back of the display room, and try different techniques to help us find what we were looking for. Every time I go into this shop I am in awe of the beauty of Ross' work. He has amazing high end pieces as well as an ocean wave line that can be made in sterling and more affordable.
