The 720 Dispensary (formerly Frost Exotics, Diegos) — Attraction in Denver

Great customer service. But I have a few issues having just went here. My search in google was for “top medical dispensaries” and according to google this place met the criteria. But there is nothing “medical” about Diego Pellicer other than the wording on their street sign and perhaps in the imagination of the owner. I bought the 8 grams of Rize for $88 plus tax ($111.22 out the door)...I should’ve just waited until my regular dispensary got more of what I wanted instead of taking a chance on this place despite its high reviews. If you shop for a joint, a gram or two of concentrates, or less than a quarter ounce of flower at a time then this place will suit your recreational needs perfectly. But if you’re someone who actually purchases cannabis in larger volumes such as an ounce or two of flower or flights of concentrates to medicate your medical issues then there are better places with much better prices especially if you’re a medical patient (have a made that medical part clear?). If I get charged the rec price because it’s cheaper than the medical price then how in the world do you call yourself medical?!? No deals for people with medical cards (despite being a “medical” shop). Again, great customer service by the woman who helped me, very polite. But as far as “medical” dispensaries go this one is dead last. As for the concentrate wax purchased....it’s not great but it’s better than having no cannabis, so for that, thank you for taking my money and providing me cannabis. Bella, at Diego Pellicer really saved me a lot of trouble. I bought a faulty battery there is (not their brand.) Then the next one did not work on a brand it was supposed to. She was amazing and right about the 2nd battery. She said it was the vape pen. She got me another and it worked! I was so frustrated, so her believing me really helped..

Then she helped with all the displays I was interested in. Her attention was on me and what I personally needed. She went over prices and gave personal opinions. My budget was kept. The Budtenders, as they call themselves are helpful, kind and well versed (however have been here three times only.) Having it be professional makes me feel like Diego Pellicer will be option for this medication. Especially after an agent like Bella.

In general this place is classy. They have tons of options and the ranges from low to high prices. So everyone has options. I feel so comfortable buying here. For some reason when I have come there seem to be a lot of out of town buyers, and they take s really long time. I understand though. It's worth the personal time though.

Terrible store with rude staff. Took over 30 minutes to buy one product because they didn’t know how to work their own system. I asked multiple times what the price of the item was after tax and was told an incorrect amount. I handed over my money and the manager came over and snatched the item out of my hands and demanded more money. That’s not how business works. You told me a price, took my money, and then changed the deal. After this terrible service, she had the gall to tell me “tell everyone how great we are” with a forced smile while not giving me the same offers she gave to all other customers. In a city with a thousand options, avoid this place like the plague. All the positive reviews are for past businesses at the same location. Absolutely shameful practices by this terrible store.
