Color Me Mine — Attraction in Denville

Went there as a group of 4 ladies. Only one other table with 2 people there. Had a lovely time and no complaints (except for the prices). However, when it came time to pick up our pieces, it's another story! I got a call that mine was ready and one of the other ladies did as well. I went two days later, on Sunday. They handed me my friend's piece. They could not find mine. When I told her the other names, they figured out the names got mixed up. They also said mine was in the kiln and that when my friend got a call, that would mean MINE was ready. WHAT? You can't just call my friend and tell her her's is ready and call ME when mine is ready? Twenty minutes after I left, I got a phone call that they sent MINE with one of the other ladies who picked up yesterday and mine wasn't actually in the kiln! How is this so difficult? There were THREE young girls working there and nobody knew what was happening! The business is run so poorly with no functioning...

Tried to paint a piece left over from the Holidays . But a since it had a piece of tape on it since the holiday the glaze wasn’t sticking . There wasn’t anything else I wanted to paint . They still charged me a studio fee even though the piece didn’t work out at no fault of my own . Studio fee includes the cost of firing it . I would like 9.60 back and I recommend using string next time . If something has tape on it don’t bother response to the Owner I wasn’t told we would fire the piece i didn’t even finish it . I assume they took the piece and washed it off after I left .There was nothing else I wanted to paint. And it seemed odd for me to pay the studio fee. Absolutely wonderful staff and owners

I have painted in this store many times Very relaxing and the service is exceptional!

Clean store and tables are separated. Staff and painters wear masks feel very safe going in to paint

Sad to say she had a party come in today and they were horrible put everyone at risk because they wouldn’t follow the mask and distance rule ! Staff was so patient and kind they said the staff was nasty because she insisted they wear masks and keep their kids with them
