Five Guys — Restaurant in Denville

First time at five guys in Randolph and I will never be back young lady at the register was rude and thought it was OK to curse and reach over the counter to grab my credit card out the machine because my wife wasn’t familiar with the menu and forgot to order cheese. She was impatient and made myself and wife feel very uncomfortable. She just walked away while cursing went to her manager who then helped me. I think today was my first time eating at Five Guys and although the prices are quite high for what is typically considered fast food, the burgers were fresh and the fries, plentiful, to say the least. Carlos was very helpful since I had a few questions about what constitutes a hamburger versus a Little Hamburger. He was patient. I must say that even the bathroom was quite clean. Customer service is not dead!

No business is perfect and mistakes happen, that is inevitable. To me, the important part is how these mistakes are handled by the staff. At this restaurant, the staff ensured that my issue was handled with care and consideration. From the shift supervisor (I believe his name was Carlos), to the store manager, Anne, all the way to the district Manager, James, everyone was thoughtful and professional.
