Extremely disappointed with the service this time around. This was the 2nd time I sent my fiance and my son was a new client to get their haircut at this location. The 1st visit my fiance had his haircut was great . It was on point! Everything was fresh as heck lines were crisp same for shape up etc. Ok so rewind to this past Saturday I made an appointment In advance to have a time slot so it wasn't a walk in with the same person. When they came home my son was literally covering his head with his arms. Mind you he is 7yrs old but this is not his 1st haircut he's gone to multiple locations. He normally gets designs etc. This time it was a simple shapeup and that makes me even more upset because it was something so simple yet it was fkd up. It was crooked, his hairline was pushed back on one side, his forehead was nicked, and he was not happy. My fiances cut was almost just as bad but passable if it was a begginer barber. Ive literally had non barber friends do a better job then this ridiculousness. We were hoping to make this their barber as we're new to the area but this 2nd visit made sure we wont be returning. I was equally as mad at my fiance for not saying nothing as hes not a confrontational person. He has still not lived it up everyone was commenting on how bad the cut was i had to get it fixed else where as i was too busy and school...

My experience.. I came for the first time, i called to figure if I could make appointment and they said: how about you come in now, and im like: bet ok, all i say is HD barbershop left my hair 4k man, i was a different person. Ramon said i got you, and did, professional service, at the right Price, at the right time, worth it and great team of professionals.

Mind you i came for the first time as a caveman, and left looking like a King and a Gentleman.
