Coming to this garden today was a deeply moving experience, Piet Oudolf's quote on the website in regards to garden design being about "emotion, atmosphere, a sense of contemplation" materialized when I visited here today. The first time I read that quote before I came today, it resonated with me to my core. I met and spoke with one of the workers while I was there, who generously shared with me today and taught me so much that I am grateful. We are in the midst of a garden revolution that no one has seen since the late 19th century. This is ground zero for the New Perennial Movement.
