7/28/2018 @20:43 place is ok . They want to talk about policy for people safety. Well karts are not fast but still dangerous place for staff and riders I get that. The rubber and dirt hitting your eyes from kart tires and they want to point out safety rules .The whole night I saw nothing but bumping and slamming and nothing done about it but I guess it makes the karts their fun that way and worth it from the money stolen from you. They want to say my kid who is 12 can’t ride the blue karts because they to fast which are not that fast...but yet let the red kart go with faster kart which is a bad mix and someone going to get hurt . Which if I would of known I won’t of gotten the 49$ pass and a total of 98$ spent. And I try to get my money back after I found out there’s a age limit on slow blue karts and super slow red ones. I thought it was by height only ....but they have it in small words for age only 16 . But they refuse to return my money and after that there system for some reason went down and they only took cash for the rest of the night. Place is a scam and tax fraud abuse. Not worth it and I payed 98$ to show for nothing and I could of spent it all in the arcade games then getting a pass there. When their competitor like K1-speedway and MsrHouston let kids 12 and up of age go on way faster karts. Bay Area Raceway has adults and kids karts ; in their terms super kart are the blue karts for older people and red kart for kids under age 16.. This place is a robbery. Really only to do are the arcade games and some laser tag . That’s even if you ever get a group going or you will be waiting there in line forever like we did . Oh last thing no food there and small vending machine...

I recently visited a go-karting spot in Dickinson and had mixed feelings about the place. On the positive side, the arcade section was packed with games and a lot of fun, and the people at the main counter were super friendly and welcoming.
However, the experience at the go-karting track was quite the opposite. The staff there, especially the lady with the shades, were extremely rude and unprofessional—even with kids. It was disappointing to see how rough their behavior was, and it's clear the team needs proper training on how to interact with guests, especially families.
As for the karts themselves—very underwhelming. Even though the facility offers different tiers of karts like regular and "supercarts", they all run at about the same sluggish speed of 12–15 mph. I've been to other tracks where you really feel the thrill, but here, the lack of power combined with a track design full of start-and-stop sections just highlights how slow the karts actually are.
Weekends are especially frustrating. There are only four karts available per tier, which means you'll likely end up waiting two or three rounds just to get your turn—totally not worth it when the ride itself lacks excitement. I paid \$84 for 10 rides, and honestly, I left wanting a refund.
All in all, while the arcade and the overall space make it a potential getaway for kids, the go-karting experience was a big letdown. Wouldn't recommend for anyone looking for a real...
Read moreThere was broken glass bottles left in the parking lot, so much for a kid friendly place, that someones kid got her leg cut while just getting off the vehicle, had to be taken to the ER for stitches the doctors said just 1CM of a difference and could have been paralyzed for just a 10 year old wanting to come and have some fun here, management was very rude about it couldn’t even offer an apology instead just laughed at the situation this is a kid place you would think they would have more empathy for customers here, what if it was your kid !!!!
Respose to owner: This is a family member so of course we would like for our kids to be taken seriously and if you call lying about the manger being there to talk on the phone to follow up on the situation and then finally getting on the phone just so they wont go up there and make a scene in front of everybody and for her to just laugh at the situation and then said possibly the owner would call back still to this day havent heard a thing and then the next day the glass bottles were taken care of by being thrown over the fence to the storage side we have the pictures of them now this babygirl has to use a wheelchair for 6 weeks and if you call all of this that all staff members did as expected then you clearly do not care for yall customers to even speak to the customers yourself how...
