Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dickinson

Was sitting in the line of the drive-thru. I watch one of the staff members (white girl with blonde hair in braided ponytails) dig in her eye, look at whatever came out of her eye, roll whatever came out of her eye, and then wipe whatever came out of her eye on her pants. I asked her to go wash her hands. She stood there staring at me. Her coworkers stared at me. I the describe what she had done. Even so, she refused to go wash her hands. I sat in the drive-thru and asked, “are you seriously not going to go wash your hands?” I continued to sit and watch. Finally someone else walked over to the window to inquire about the issue. I described the employees behavior. The other employees said she would make the girl wash her hands. The girl walked off. I didn’t confirm. But, yes, that’s nasty.

Bad customer service this evening. My daughter ordered a crunch wrap no lettuce no Tom. A employee told us our order was ready, her crunch wrap was missing so I went up to the counter and stood there as another customer was also letting them know what items he was missing or were wrong. The lady never helped me so I shouted out I'm missing a crunch wrap. When jt was ready it had left n Tom so they made it wrong when I specifically ordered it correctly so I went back up to counter and said this is suppose to be no lett no Tom I set it on counter and went to sit down to continue eating well the crunch wrap sat there for several min before they actually remade it and when it was finally ready we heard in a very low voice crunch wrap ready . Anyway service sucked and for what we spent should've just went somewhere else. To top it off they weren't even busy to get 2 orders wrong...

The one in Texas City does not, no, CAN not make an order correctly to save their life. I worked for Taco Bell for 12 years and if our food was made the way this Taco Bell makes their food we would have all been fired. Anytime I get a crunchy taco it's broken, which is why I always get soft tacos now. Most of the time there's not enough lettuce in them or meat. They're pretty greedy with all the ingredients except the beans... you'll get PLENTY of beans! Oh, and if you go through the drive-through check your drink because a lot of times they don't fill it up all the way. I'm talking a good 3 inches from the top... if I wanted 20 oz of soda I would have ordered a medium sized drink not a large. Get it together Texas City Taco Bell, because right...
