West Georgia Golf Carts — Attraction in Douglasville

I typically don’t leave bad reviews for businesses, but I am really frustrated with how bad customer service has become. I used West Georgia Golf Carts to replace a windshield and correct the alignment. I first contacted them and they were going to pick up the cart and then forgot to pick it up.

Next, they recommend that I get new tires and I declined because I want to get new wheels and tires down the road so I asked that they replace the two tires on the front left and rear right that were worn due to being out of alignment.

Not only did they keep the golf cart a week and a half longer than promised, but they mistakenly replaced the wrong tire. I brought it to their attention and Scott implied that I should have taken their advice and replaced all 4 tires. I can’t even be sure they even fixed the alignment because it isn’t even listed on the $540 invoice. An apology might have fixed this issue but now I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Their place isn't the biggest,, inside their showroom there're only 4 - 5 new carts on display (high prized ez-go brand carts alongside/alternating with less expensive, but higher equipped chinese-made carts), room is void of wall decoration or parts on display,, and they display about the same number in used carts (ez-go and cushman) outside - but they do full repairs and mods in the building next door and outside of it. Father & son team working in the showroom, 3 or so mechanics next door.

This was my first time purchasing from here and I have to admit, I was impressed. Jack and Austin were great and very informative throughout the entire process. The quality of the cart was outstanding. The finished product was much better than expected. I was confident that they were going to do a great job, but you just never know what you would be getting when trying to design a golf cart from the frame up.
