My mother took her vacuum to this store because it was clogged. The person who runs this place took almost A WEEK to respond to her about a price range. She only got a response after she called MULTIPLE times, then they told her it would need filters replaced... The vacuum isn't even 6 months old so the filters wouldn't need replaced. My mother just ran the vacuum after getting it back from the shop and THE ROLLERS FELL OUT BECAUSE THEY CRACKED AND BROKE A BRAND NEW VACUUM. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM US ON MONDAY AND WE EXPECT EITHER A FULL PRICE REFUND FOR NOT ONLY THE COST PRICE TO FIX THE VACUUM BUT ALSO A COST PRICE FOR A REPLACEMENT VACUUM OR YOU WILL BE REPLACING HER VACUUM WITH A BRAND NEW ONE. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS THE ONLY VACUUM STORE IN OUR LOCAL AREA. If I could I would literally give you a 0 star review for breaking a 125$ vacuum that's not even...

When we are in need of repairs or a new vacuum his store will be...
