Madison kept in great contact with me from the time I scheduled my appointment online, to the day of my appointment and even sent over a very nice list of things to keep in mind for preparation for my appointment. I had my actual appointment with Cindy the store manager (which I knew about ahead of time) and she was absolutely phenomenal. She cried with me when I slipped into the dress I said yes to and overall just personalized the entire experience for me. She very kindly voiced her opinions on dresses alongside my family and made us all very comfortable from the start. The door stays locked for the entire duration of your 90 minute appointment to avoid strangers bombarding and interrupting your time which was a personal touch that I loved. The facility was very clean, and I loved that I got time on my own to pick out some dresses on my own without being pushed or pressured to pick something that I knew was not my style. Cindy did take the time to pick out a gown for me prior to my arrival that she thought would fit my style, and trying that on was optional. I wanted to shop local for my wedding dress and Madison Marie Bridal exceeded my expectations! You have the store to yourself when you arrive, she had two dresses already laid out for me to try on based on styles and my budget that we discussed prior, and she let me choose what music to listen to. Then, she let my entourage and I go through to pick out other dresses to try on. I was born with a rare skin disorder and she was very accommodating with what my needs and concerns were. She has a large selection of dresses, especially considering we live in a rural area. And Madison herself was very easy to connect with. Madison is amazing! What a kind soul with a gift for this profession. I had a vision for my over all wedding but I didn’t really have an idea of what dress would fit with that or even what dress would look good on me. After showing her a few pictures from my Pinterest board she pulled out the most amazing dress. It is everything I could have asked for and she even stayed with in my budget! I can not wait to wear this wedding gown down the aisle. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Madison was so helpful throughout the whole appointment. She made us feel at home, gave us great guidance and recommendations and we never felt rushed or pushed in to any decisions.
