Family Hair — Attraction in Duluth

I called recently and made an appointment for the following day. The employee on the phone repeated the hairdresser's name, so it sounded like she got it. I showed up and hairdresser Kim did not have me in her calendar for appt. I waited and it was not too long. She trimmed my hair, and I thought I remembered last year her cutting hair a little too short, so I asked her to please cut only 2 inches and I mentioned I wanted to keep it long. She cut about 4 inches or more. It was too short again. Last year my mother asked for her to flip her hair at bottom and cut it, and it was not done right. Then my mother went to another salon, and got exactly what she asked for. Long layer hair cut was $30. They are nice but I won't return because they cut my hair the way they want to and don't listen...

for the past three years I’ve been forced to go here by my parents. Each year they messed me up terribly and I never wanna go back. Today was the last draw, they messed me up so bad they got me looking like George Bush out here. I asked for very little off of my longer style hair. These people rlly had the audacity to go all the way down and just cut it all off. I had about 5 inches on the top, now it is down to 2. Don’t trust these people with your hair as they will mess you up defiantly. Sorry about anyone who’s been messed up in the past before, praying for your hair to grow...

Absolutely amazing, the service is great. My highlights came out to the exact color I wanted and not something the stylist was pressuring me to do. My hair had life, vibrancy, bounce, volume and color to. They also don't take customers at your booked appointment time. I have also never had a problem with my stylist getting "scissor happy" and snipping too much I get the exact length. I have came out this salon with amazing looking hair.
