I didn’t know this place changed owners. We were here last when it was still called DEFY, but we are so glad it is still a Trampoline Park. Coming in with the wife and kids is not so bad, but you have to use your phone to do their waiver document, plus enter in all your information, name address, phone number……it’s a bit much to jump onto a trampoline. But you can understand from their side they don’t want to be paying anyone’s hospital bill for a bad fall. Today we were here to celebrate our daughter, Madison’s birthday. We were all enjoying our time bouncing away. This place will provide you gripped socks so you can grip the trampolines better. The gentleman who was checking us in also was advertising a monthly membership which was cheaper then the day pass so we went with that option since we have to come to Duluth at least eight times a month anyway. What was really great as we were heading to the trampoline area we noticed that the people who worked here were consistently cleaning all the handrails and other areas keeping everything sanitized. I was really impressed by this. They provide cubbies to put your jackets and shoes in. They aren’t locked so if you come here, leave your valuables in the car. There was also a big area that looks like you can reserve for a party. We havnt made use of that but looks like it would be great for the future. During the time we were playing with kids they made an announcement wishing my daughter a “happy 9th birthday” which was so cool! They have a dodgeball area and a rock climbing wall, both of which my kiddos and I took advantage of. It’s just such a super place for the kids to go after school or during the summer. We look forward to coming back to enjoy this. Thanks to the staff for recommending the monthly expense because our kids will love coming here again! My kids love coming here and this place has really come a long way since first opening, been thru a lot of changes inside and out but it's the best I've ever seen it now. The only complaints I'd have is there isn't a cheaper option other than the 90 minute pass and also there isn't a cheaper rate for the younger kiddos other than age 2 and under is free I believe. I think it would be great to have like a 30 minute option for $10 cuz the 90 minutes is a lot for some kids to do and $23 is a lot for some parents to afford. BTW the one month membership is the same price as the 90 minute day pass so I purchased the membership and then cancelled right away so no future charges and still get to use for the rest of the month since we don't live in the area but do make a trip here every couple weeks or so. It was easy to cancel the membership too so no hidden traps to charge ya more ther3!

It was a fun place until I gave them my credit card number. I tried to cancel the membership and the process was complicated and after successfully canceling the membership they sent me an invoice stating I still owed them money. I tried to resolve it with both the company and the manager Ally to no avail. I did end up paying the extra $40 something charge to avoid it being sent to collections but very much a scam. Do not give them ur credit card information!!! Interesting after months of getting jerked around within hours of posting my review they agreed to refund me.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. I DONT RECOMEND GOING TO IT.This place has so many rules and one of them included not doing a single run like jump across the trampolines and one that not more then one person on everything. My Autistic friend was on one of the obstacle courses and someone. Else came on behind her and more then one employee came per and yelled at her. I'm not kidding when I say yell they yelled at my friend for going across it and someone else came behind her they yelled at her more then 3 times. They made her cry! They also yells at me for struggling to get out of the foam pits. I'm sorry that I'm slow and it's hard for me to get out of those things. They also yelled at me for not doing a 2 footed jump across the trampolines. Im sorry but if I was to do a 2 footed jump I would have fallen on my face. I've been to other trampoline parks and they were way way better. They had more stuff to do and they didn't yell at your everytime you did something. Not to mention they were all Cheeper. They yelled at all of my friends more then once and we are not little kids we are teens but when ever they were near a little kid they would be so nice and friendly and NOT YELL. I do not recommend this place. Not to mentioned I almost suffocated in a foam pit trying to get out. They also have a rule where you can't wear other trampoline socks and you have to buy the socks there. So we had to pay 3 dollars per person when some allready had socks No one came to help me and there were multiple employees around my friends were the only...

My family attended my nephew's birthday party here. We have 3 children jumping so the worker suggested we could get the monthly membership for the same cost and be able to come back another time.

We were reluctant as we knew we wouldn't utilize the facility often, and didn't want a monthly recurring charge. The Skyzone employee reassured us that it was setup to not charge us again at the end of the month, and if we wanted to renew we could at that time. Based on this reassurance we elected for the membership.

Fast forward a few months, and our account has been charged multiple times even though our family has not returned to Skyzone Duluth.

I tried to resolve the situation with the employee at Skyzone, and they were unhelpful and told me I had to cancel the membership on their website and contact a random email address for a refund.

I emailed the Skyzone corporate email and explained the situation. The Membership Services Coordinator - Shannon l. Emailed me back stating they weren't going to do anything to rectify the situation.

It is concerning that they are duping people into getting their membership, hiding the cancellation in their website, then corporate is not rectify issues caused by their employees.

It seems intentional... and it probably warrants additional reporting and investigation by our state authorities.

I would caution anyone who is considering the Skyzone Duluth memberships to look at all of the negative reviews around these memberships.

Very disappointed, our Duluth community...
