I was going to leave well enough alone until the same person that caused me so so much headache looked me dead in my eyes again last night and still couldn't apologize for lying right in my face the day before. So Thursday I placed an order for a photo book I didn't need until Saturday. The order was marked complete by employees about 1.5 hours after I placed it. I didn't go to the store till Friday night where I met shift lead Matt. Now, I was super kind to Matt and even kind and understanding while he stood at the photo counter apologizing profusely for my book being printed but just not put together. I told him it was ok I'd come back the next morning. I even talked to him a 2nd time on the phone to advise him he double scanned an item in the purchase I made while waiting for the photo book where he again said he'd have my book put together by morning. Saturday morning comes, and a poor young manager had to tell me there wasn't any picture books at all in their store. Not even a different size. Of course I get super irate and just threw my purchase on the counter and walked out. The saga gets zero better when I call the superior walgreens and I BEGGED THE LADY TO NOT LIE TO ME. I was just lied to my face please don't do it to me again on the phone. She swears they have the book I need and to replace my order for their store. Well this lady did. So 2 walgreens, 2 employees blatantly lied to me even one of them physically standing in the photo area to my face. I then saw Matt again last night, in person, to get a refund for his double scan error. He again stood in photo, right in my face, even said oh yeah I Remember you, took FIFTEEN more minutes of my time to refund 6.53 and even made me give him my ID because I'm pretty sure he did a no receipt return when he couldn't get the product or my digital receipt to scan correctly. Again, I'm sure he lied and tried telling me that even though it was his error, walgreens needs an ID for every return or refund after 10pm. Matt didn't even have the balls to take responsibility for his mess up and say he was sorry what so ever for how much he actually ruined my whole day and we'll now a whole weekend and an extremely important event in my life is completely just ruined. So now it's Sunday. I still don't have this book I needed for this morning even after calling customer care and having them transfer it to yet another store yesterday around 1230pm. 3 stores, at least 4 lying employees now and one that couldn't even say sorry at all for lying to my face. The short, order 2 weeks in advance from Google photos and don't even bother with walgreens for anything. Not even prescriptions. Just digital coupon shop there and you'll never have to worry about employees lying to your face about your...
Read moreI was just at Walgreens a moment ago trying to refill the prescription my prescriptions were all transferred from my regular pharmacy not at my request 17 of them I only requested two to be transferred I even spelled the names out letter by letter because I could not spell them right or speak the words because they were so long I did not request my prescriptions to all be transferred and then I found out Walgreens had transferred all of them without my authorization. I have one that I cannot transfer back and I tried to to pick up the other one today and I was told there's no refills and they didn't call it into my doctor it's Saturday and I'm completely out and they refuse to give me an emergency supply, so now I'm out of my antidepressant and now I get to figure out withdrawals I will go into happy happy times or I should say not happy times because I don't have my antidepressant now because Walgreens doesn't know how to run their Walgreens in West Duluth in Duluth Minnesota. They usually in the pharmacy are extremely rude condescending and just all around not nice to you when you go there. in the front of the store there was a wonderful young man today he helped me was polite kind and generous to me and I enjoyed the front of the store but the back of the store not at all the pharmacy is run poorly and I will never go...
Read moreTerrible pharmacy. Had a dr appt for my 1 year old early in the day and they sent a prescription to this walgreens for me to pick up later in the day. Received no calls or texts whatsoever but after 6 hours and with my child napping in the backseat I figured I would run through the drive thru to see what was up. Waited 25 minutes behind 3 cars only to get to window and be told that the prescription was received but they didn't fill it because it's an over the counter medication. Absolutely no communication on this whatsoever. I still get notifications for meds that I haven't taken for years but they can't send a notification stating that something isn't going to be filled at all? Since my kid is sleeping for her first nap after getting her shots I ask if they can just grab it for me since according to the employee, "it's right on the shelf out there" but no dice. Bad communication and zero customer service. Wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't waited 6 hours to hear something and then another pointless 25 min in drive thru...
