I'm really sorry. I know for a fact that the chef can make it right, but the location and the people that will support his business, he does it for them..and that is okay with me because I understand. Go try it for yourself if you are in the area and see for yourself. Just because it didn't fit my bill doesn't mean it won't fit yours.

We ordered: House special fried rice 4/10 Baby Shrimp was still cold. Rice was a bit mushy. The flavor wasn't right. And for it being the house special, it looked good, but it just wasn't right. House special lo-mein 7/10 This was probably the best dish that day Flavor had a bit more salt. Noodles were soft, and the sauce was pretty good, even for being a bit salty. It's very similar to Great Moon Buffet Lo- mein. kung pow Shrimp 4/10 Came with 6 big shrimp, a LOT of sauce, and a ton of veggies. I don't know why it was sour and not spicy. I felt the sauce wasn't cooked, and it seemed like the sauce was added after. Beef with scallion 4/10 It uses the same sauce as kungpow shrimp. I'm not sure if that is right, but it's very similar to kung power shrimp. Ton of veggies, not much meat, and the sauce looked like it was...

I ordered $53.23 worth of food last night through DoorDash which ended up being like $60. I called the restaurant almost 20 minutes after the food was supposed to have been delivered. The woman that answered said it had been ready for about half an hour and that I could pick it up. I said no I ordered through DoorDash I paid $60 my food should have been here already. She said she hadn't been paid for the order and that she'd deliver it to me if I pay her and asked whether I'd pay in cash or credit. I wanted to lose it on her so badly, but kept my cool. I said, no I paid already. I'm not paying again. She called DoorDash and finally a driver showed up... but at that point my food had been prepared and ready for an HOUR!!! I told the woman at Zhong Hua my concern about freshness of the pork, chicken, and especially the shrimp. SHE LAUGHED AT ME!!!!!!! The food was hard, and dry. I've never had a bad experience there before, but apparently people that work there aren't meant to serve people... customer service skills are nonexistent. Very disappointed that they worked with DoorDash and together made a wonderful team in destroying my family's night....

I had ordered on Friday night last week 8/11/2023. It took them 2 hours to get me my food when it got here me and my family were disappointed it was cold, but still ate because we were hungry. A few bites into my chicken lo mein I noticed the chicken had a weird flavor to it I didn’t pay that much mind just thought it could’ve been an unseasoned batch, NO EVEN WORSE. I woke up Saturday morning with unbearable pain in my stomach kidney area I had to call into work I slept most of the day thinking it would get better, I woke up soaked in sweat an the pain had gotten worse. Not having a car I couldn’t bring myself to the emergency room so I had to wait till Sunday to get in. I woke up Sunday morning an had to slouch an try not breathe in all the way to deal with the pain on the way to the hospital. I got there and they said I had a kidney infection cause by E. coli… DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Im gonna be taking legal precautions because this is unacceptable. I would hate for this to happen to someone else let alone their little one or family. So I’m gonna try my best to make sure I spread the word. Never ordering...
