Subway — Restaurant in Duluth

Wed 7/14/21 was surprised to see they sell breakfast but do not open until 9am. I waited 2 hours and went back to the site again to order pickup. Site shows error, cant do anything. I call and Im told the site doesnt work until 9:30 or 10:30. I ask to place a phone order and am told no. I explained I work next door and as a manager have a very limited break window, ask if it can be ready. No. She said if I go to the kiosk they will start making it as I order. I get another manager to cover me and walk next door. As I start my order Im told they won't serve me unless Im in a car. I said I was told this was fastest when I called but I would come in.. Nope dining room is closed. Now Im referred to Door Dash. I explained my attempts to this point and was told no again. I spoke with vith Lacey and Brittany at this store on Grand Ave and aprox 45th Ave West in Duluth MN who both said this is policy.. I will never spend another dollar at a place that makes it this hard to get a $7 flatbread. Sad if this IS company policy because its awful service. How are you staying...

I was highly impressed. The lady behind the counter was on point and friendly. I usually get extra protein on my sandwiches, also, I get I fully loaded with heavy on all veggies. Alot of stores I see hesitancy when making the sub. This store. They "tucked" all the toppings into the bread very well and wrapped the sandwich so tight, there was hardly a drop of the two sauces dripping from the sub. Cleanest sun ive had from a subway. Best part was even after adding all my toppings, she, with a smile asked if I wanted any seasoning. Most stores. When i ask for oregano or s&p I get a vibe of hesitancy. Felt none Of that here. All smiles and great service. I didn't get her name but I feel she needs notice, especially being during the lunch rush. The most hectic and stress filled part of any line...

This is the closest subway to my house and I will not be going back. By the time I got home to look at our order it was completely wrong. They shortest us on our meals add ons, messed up on both of our subs, and my order which was a turkey salad, with lettuce, spinach, onions, black olives, pickles, cucumbers with 2 types of sauce paid over $12 for it and all I got was a container full of lettuce and nothing else I order. I will gladly drive the extra 10-15 minutes to another location. But never again...
