The Grout Savior — Attraction in Dumont

The owner came to my house to repair grout lines in my shower he himself fixed several years ago. He worked for about 35 minutes and was pd $250 The next day , I noticed he missed two lines. I called him again and he returned. He filled the open tile joints BUT USED A WHITE STICKY filler, rather than the matching grout which I supplied. It looks awful ! I would have done a better job myself. Several days later a large grout line he filled cracked and the grout is crumbling out . I called him again and texted him many many times. There is no answer on the phone and no response to the texts .

In the process of regrouting, Jay without permission took the liberty to remove our sliding shower doors and ended up shattering one door then dismantled the entire unit. He left the frame in pieces with the shower bare, no remnant of the doors at all. At first he agreed to pay for the replacement but soon after he reneged and insisted he was only responsible for one door even though after two glass door company assessments, he was told he left everything irreparable and the entire unit needed to be replaced.
