Vapor Haus & CBD of Dundee — Attraction in Dundee Township

I have also been vaping for years. I use to to go to South Elgin to get my coils/mods/liquids. They were a bit of a drive and were making their own juice per request at the time. I didn't feel comfortable with juice that had no seal, so I moved onto Vapor Haus and it was much closer. At 1st I enjoyed Kevin. I was his customer for a long while, (so I'm not a person bad rapping someone to make another place look better) I had things happen over time. I bought a 100 ML juice from Kevin and since his containers are cheap I had the plastic seal break and went to fill my mod and I lost half the container to it spilling. I brought this up to Kevin and he did give me a 30 ML replacement, but I lost over 70 ML so I had to pay out of pocket for something I didn't do. Then I noticed at Vapor Haus that my 100 ML juice that lasted me a month in S. Elgin was now a weekly thing at Kevin's shop compared to monthly. Then the final straw happened. He sells CBD at his location. He keeps it in his office. I had never heard of it before, but I just had a back fusion and he said it would help with pain. This CBD may not be legal to sell yet and he was using an open non sealed container when I bought it. I also bought a 100 ML juice and he said do you want some CBD? I said no! He ended up taking my 100 ML bottle and adding the CBD to my liquid were as in the past I was only offered oral (with no issues oral, but for the the price it was very little relief). So I spent $50 on 100 ML and bought 3 coils. So my bill was around $70. Again I said no I do not want CBD and he still opened my 100 ML and added CBD to my juice and again I had never done that approach (Threw the lungs instead of oral). I get home and in 3 days I had gone threw all 3 coils and my juice must have must have caused a chemical reaction. Every time I hit my Mod the taste was so bad that I was feeling sick. So I went back in to show Kevin. He denied the taste. (I have no reason to lie) So he gave me a 30 ML juice again that was half empty of a juice I don't even like or have ever bought. He said he was going to have other regulars try this possible contaminated product (to see if they felt sick also) and he claimed he was going to have tests done as well. So 3 ruined coils and a $50 bottle of juice or $70 purchased all ruined. I told him if he gave me a 50 ML on top of the 15 ML he gave me we could call it even, even though I was out 35 MLs and 3 coils. I thought that wasn't fair to me, but I offered it to him. So I come back a few days later with the contaminated juice. I said I would just rather have credit toward the purchase of another 100 ML just NO CBD this time (I never had any problems without the CBD in it). He told me that he would sell me another 100 ML with my credit of 85 ML coming that he thought $39.99 sounded fair to him. I pay 50 bucks for 100 ML so if I offered to just have a 50 ML credit that would be half a bottle or $25 in credit. So when that happened we parted ways. His coils are HORRIBLE. I found out online that coils are a big reason in factoring how good the juice tastes and how quick you go threw juice and to the people that think his pricing is good then you may want to go online. I just bought (2) 100 ML juices for $20 a piece. So I am getting twice as much now and saving $10! Then the extremely cheap coils he will try and sell you for $5 a piece I bought a 5 pack of coils of much better quality for $6! (Making my juice last longer again) So buy 1 and get 4 free in comparison. If I were you I would not go close to the CBD Kevin is selling. The seal is broken so he can give customers their orders. These should be sealed and if opened obviously it can be tampered with and could be the reason I got sick. If you think he will stand behind his products, you will definitely be wrong, he will blame it on China. I personally will never be back and I would suggest buying online from companies that sell you items were the seal isn't broken for cheaper not to mention...

It would be zeo stars if i could. The building is nasty, empty, stinks. The owner an older man claimed he was the only shop in illinois that didnt sell poisonous juice smh. Lie. Then i look around to see his stock, he claims all of his juice is fda approved juice. Lie, there is no fda approved juice at tgus point, only juice thats been made in an fda compliant facility. Then he only had one bottle of rocket man, one of the dirtiest juices made full of diectyl, which isnt a problem except he said he doesnt sell anything with that in there. All the other juice was cheap house blends and a couple bottles of stuff ive never heard of, and ive been vaping 9 years. His newest device came out about 4 years ago which is ridiculous. He then continued to try and tell me buying 90 percent of juice except his of course would give me popcorn lung, a bullshit piece of propaganda put out by antivaping groups, that has zero truth to it. Bottom line this guy is a loser and a crook, or an old man who knows nothing about vaping. Either way today he tried his crap on a guy who is a near expert on this stuff. I don't really vape myself. I had never been to a vape shop before I got married. I first discovered Kevin's store when my wife needed to find a vape shop. I picked this place because it was the closest to where I live and I really hit the jackpot. The owner Kevin is a very knowledge man and very friendly. Kevin knows I'm a newbie when it comes to his products and he answers every question I come in with. He never talks down to me or makes me feel stupid. I've been to other vape shops since and while I've never received bad service from anyone it is never as good as Kevin. All the other vape shops I've been in have been staffed by kids who would rather chat with their friends instead of making you feel welcome.

It is clear that Kevin cares deeply about his business, what he does and all his customers. His store is the cleanest vape shop I've been in. He has some old arcade games in his store (not sure if they work) but I really like the way they look. His prices are very fair and I know I'm getting high quality.

I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you are trying to get off cigarettes. Kevin will take care of you....
