Drove all the way out from Hudson to Dan's shop in hopes that my fiance and I could get our ps4 repaired. We did our research through the reviews and looked up his website which all seemed good and well. Especially for the time online that said it was open till 9pm. We arrived here 55 minutes later and the store had an open sign flashing in the window, but no one was in the store. There was also no sign indicating that anyone might have been on break and will be back in so and so amount of time. Not mention that the time online and the time on the door to which the store was open till was different by a couple hours. If you're going to run a business properly it'd be in good practice to update your store hours online and when you're not open for whatever given reason to turn the open sign off or leave a note for customers.

Read moreI bought an expensive gaming laptop and one day after the one-year warranty expired, the laptop started randomly shutting down until it just wouldn’t boot back up. I took the laptop to MIT computers in Citrus Park. They gave me the runaround for TWO WEEKS and finally when I went to check on the computer, they told me that I had an electrical surge and the parts were fried and it would cost too much to fix the laptop, so I should just buy a new one. I was crushed. They charged me nearly $100 for nothing. My husband bought another one for me, but I kept the old one because I love it. One year later, the new laptop (same brand) had an issue. I knew I wouldn’t be going back to MIT, so I got on Google and read Dan’s reviews. They were stellar. I decided to take my new and old computer to him to see if he could possibly salvage them both. THREE days later, BOTH of my computers work! He replaced one part in each computer and his rates were great! However it was not what I had paid for in which I had paid quite a bit. In end i was suppose to get custom graphics which were never done. He said he do It later in which I reached out never got a response. Many things he was suppose to configure did not work aka light guns and 4 player mode. Now I have to look somewhere else as for a while just gave up. Now trying to get fixed in which costing me more money. Wish I never went here. I tried to reach out later with no response.
