It stinks to say one person can ruin it for all. I had a great 1st time experience here, until I came to the counter and asked for honey mustard for my fries I purchased, only to find out I'm being charged $1. Asking why I had to pay for sauce when I purchased $23 worth of food from this business, I was told you get ketchup.. Cool but I don't like, nor do I want ketchup and I didn't know I can't choose what sauce I want, complimentary, especially once I've purchased food from you.. It's silly nonsense.. Unnecessary issues. It wouldn't have been an issue if the lady wasn't being so rude about it. Because of all the factors I returned the fries straight from the bag they came in, still wrapped up. Well she literally chucked them in the trash, right then, which was maybe supposed to be a slap on the face, silly. She claimed she had to throw it out instead of offer it to someone to eat, because sanitation. It was so disgusting, first, to waste the fries over some damn honey mustard, and then to try and tell me thats how the customer service industry is. I've worked in customer service my whole life, enough to know, at least the staff could've eaten it, but even offering it to someone to see if they may have wanted it.. This review isn't just for this lady, who had a bad attitude with the wrong person, but also for the company, which enforces this silly policy, and hiring staff with low knowledge on true customer service, and...
Read moreWaited nearly 40 minutes for food I was told would be ready in 15. No communication or apology from the girl preparing our order. Had to ask for a drink that was supposed to be free with the meal and she seemed irritated I even asked. She got belligerent with me when I questioned how much ranch I had been given, which I felt was insufficient considering what I had ordered. It was really one girl who was clearly not happy to be there and taking it out on customers. The manager approached me and was very kind offering to make it right. I didn’t want free things, just a little communication and respect for my time, which I was not given (and not to be nickel and dimed over ranch dressing when I’ve spent $15 per person to eat chicken tenders and wings…that wasn’t even with drinks!). Manager was apologetic, which I appreciated. The girl behind the counter could use some customer service training for her attitude which was uncalled for. Also got home and found the wrap was loaded with onions when we requested none. This was right after the hurricane so tensions are high, which I totally understand. But I know you can do...
Read moreThere’s a sheer lack of consistency with this location. You’ll get a great Cuban one day, and the next week you get something completely different. I just got 2 Cubans because the last were so good, but here we are with no Cuban sandwich sauce (literally just mayo mustard mixed) and instead some gross overheated Swiss cheese mayo melt mix? It’s awful. The sandwich isn’t even press properly, clearly only pressed on one side and not flipped. This is reoccurring theme with their Philly, Italian, antipasto salad etc.. I mean quite literally anything you get here will not be prepared the same way twice. Create an SOP for all orders recipes and follow them, it’s pretty easy—Isn’t this what every restaurant does? With a hyper inflated economy and the ridiculous price of $15 for a Cuban and fries, I can confidently say this location has lost my business for good. I’ll be happy to stop by the Seminole Blvd location in the future, if ever. Integrity, work ethic, and consistency are critical when you’re a local small business—You can’t afford to fail in any of these metrics. Good enough is not...
