"Major" – Durham Bull Bronze Sculpture — Attraction in Durham

This is a statue, and it serves as a good landmark when giving directions, or planning to meet someone. You can't eat the statue, nor does it sing, play music, or tell jokes, which is why I don't understand why I'm asked to review this statue.

I can see if the statue at least sang one song, but it doesn't, because it's an inanimate object. Once again, this isn't a restaurant, so please don't try placing an order with this statue. If you do, you'll be sorely disappointed.

I've seen this go very badly for homeless people trying to order food from this statue based on misleading reviews, and they were left hungry AND homeless, which is not a winning...

It's just really cool to take my son downtown, get some ice cream and hang out next to this amazing sculpture! People love taking pictures with (and on!) Major and it really is a great focal point right next to a lovely gathering area with benches right in the heart of downtown...

Um. thought it would be bigger. not sure if it is the same as the wall street one. it is nice enough and bet it would be a good location to meet people. just...wasn't overly moved by it - maybe if I understood the area's draw to bulls better it would have struck me...
