Brought the family to watch Cosmic Baseball tonight - Durham Bulls against the Richmond Chilli Peppers. We had a BLAST!! The blacklight set up they had was so ridiculously easy, I hope and pray more local 2A-3A teams will start doing it too! The players still played a skilled game was easing up and having more fun with it. The kids AND the adults were dancing and having a great time. I haven't heard so much laughter, crowd participation, and excitement at a local ballgame in years!!! It was a family-friendly night that allowed all of us to kick back and have fun with it! No fighting from a single person, no overly drunk people, not a single rude person, and our neighbors sitting all around us were nice, respectful and funny. Both teams constantly threw out sighed balls into the crowd adding another layer of excitement. Seeing young boys jumping feverishly trying to be notices so they get the ball... was reminiscent of easier times before our political divisions in our country. Baseball is America's past time; we acted as one audience, one America tonight We drove 3 hours just to attend the game, but it was well worth it. I can't wait to go to another Cosmic baseball game!! It's almost 3am but I'm still energized from the game! So MUCH FUN!! ā¤ļøš¤©

If you visit Durham, ya gotta visit ATC (American Tobacco Campus). Ya just gotta! Itās a rustic wonderland filled with vistas, great food, and lots of places to take a beat. The area is well kept & at night there are security guards making their rounds. Itās also one of those places that can feel a bit different depending on what time of year you visit so why not visit multiple times? Summertime: The hustle and bustle in ATC after a Bulls game feels a little bit like being in a college town. Mellow Mushroom is packed and if youāre out late enough youāll get to hear (and maybe see) some fireworks from the baseball stadium. Fall: Personally, my favorite time to stroll through campus is during the fall. The crisp air + the sound of the gentle waterfalls is really refreshing. Winter: Donāt miss the lighting of the Lucky Strike water tower during the holiday season. Itās a whole event and a whole vibe. Also the winter is my favorite time to visit the Durham Night Market (held at ATC) where local artisans and vendors sell all kinds of goodies. Spring: They start to turn the waterfalls back on when nature comes back to life. ATC is a great place to soak up some sun after the cold, dark winter. Pop a squat and listen to some birds serenade you.

Beautiful Durham!! Hopefully, you're not one of those ppl who heard nothing but bad things about Durham! Although some ppl are constantly bringing up the past to put down their own state Durham turned it around. ATC is a awesome place for outdoor people, people watchers, sports fan, foodies, shoppers, photographers and more. You can walk past a live wedding, attend the baseball game, and have some great food on Blackwell St. ATC is easy to get to because, it sits right off the freeway-147 for easy commute if you're not from this area. This campus can be used for time alone, date night, relaxing after work, hanging with the family, or looking for loveš A good place to meet a blind date to walk, talk, eat and sit. Maybe catch a Durham Bulls game. I must say they have done a great job making this campus wheelchair accessible šš½ Go check it out!

We went down to shoot the (Tower lighting ceremony) last week. These are some personal photos from the camera phone plus a snapshot of my best guy in the multiverse! :) hehe Also, met some of the professionals who organized the event. They did a great job organizing the kids, the adoring Durham fans, and the show! I'll admit I was a little worried about Santa... I knew he should have been at the North Pole watching his mischievous elves. Not hanging out with Wool E Bull dancing all over the town. But then again Mrs. Claus needs a date night too. Go Santa! All of the acts did a wonderful job! I know a few of the performers. And one special girl who brought proud tears to my eyes. It has to be said. You are all represented!!!š more pictures to come soon.
