Nolan Park — Attraction in Eagle Mountain

We have lived near this park for years, and it's always a great place to go with the family. They have a small area for kids to slide and climb up including monkey bars. On the opposite side, there's a splash pad that is turned on after memorial weekend and stays active until the 1st of September. Many people walk their dogs around the park and also jog around the park.. the perimeter is just under a quarter mile. There are trash bags and pet clean up stations nearby, along the surrounding sidewalk, which is very helpful. The park also has bathrooms. There's just one mail and one female, And they can be pretty messy at times, but that's expected with public restrooms. A few years ago they had to remove a bunch of trees because of disease and so shade is not as prevalent as it used to be. Hopefully they plant some new ones. However there are still dozens of trees wrapping around the park. This park on Saturdays is often crowded with baseball games or soccer games, due to it's large flat area but in the evening it's a great place for a quiet walk. Typical park used for a lot of city events. No parking other then street. Splash pad brakes down yearly. So far been down more then running. They did put in a Pavilion this year by the splash pad but it's not very big. They playground is on opposet end of park and view is blocked by the bathrooms. This is the only pavilion in the actual park itself. So if you got two little kids wanting to do both playground and splash pad plan on bringing something to sit on or sit on the grass. An awesome park with an Awesome splash pad, plenty of well-tended grass for your and your loved ones to run around on, with plenty of trees for shade and comfort. The park also sports one big toy and two Baseball diamonds, and is a popular spot for food truck rallies, carnivals, and other fun activities. As an added bonus, the city does well to keep up to date- as of the time of this posting, they've decided to add a nice shaded gazebo near the splash pad for better parent...
