Main issue- service. It was so hard to get our waitress over. She forgot part of our order, it never made it to the table(yeah, she was told). No ice. Just got back from Europe and had colder drinks there. We were in a corner and had to send up smoke signals to get anything going-order, drinks, check. Food- mediocre. We had their Mexican brunch options and they were really just run if the mill. The carne asade was tough and gristly. So. Much. Raw. Red. Onion. Just pretty pretty basic across the board. The French toast looked better, maybe it is? Pricing- if you are going to have Denny's level food, you may want to adjust your pricing to match. $3 for a warm coke with no refills. $18 for an omlette. No thanks. Atmosphere- is this fast casual or sit down stay a while???? The atmosphere really lends to fast-casual but it is advertised as a sit-down brunch spot. The plastic utensils that broke in the tough steak was fun. The plastic cups, tinfoil wrapped burritos. It all just says a dine-and dash kind of place, not a sit and stay awhile.

Read moreI was super excited to try this place with my husband and baby. Unfortunately I was super disappointed. Three stars because my husband said the omelette was pretty good and the staff was friendly. But for the prices they charge, I just expect a little bit higher quality food. I love Chilaquiles, but was super disappointed in what I received. The first one they brought out was cold. I’ve never had cold Chilaquiles. Even the steak on it was cold. They were nice and remade it, and the presentation was pretty, but it just didn’t taste great. Also, we used one of their high chairs, we had buckled our baby in, apparently it didn’t have a screw in the lap bar which we didn’t notice until the baby leaned forward and the bar fell right out of the hole it was placed in. Thank goodness the seatbelt was at least installed properly because that’s all that held my baby from falling...
Read moreFirst timer here! I’m not going to lie, I was extremely overwhelmed when we walked in due to overcrowding. This place was packed, & tables were way too close to each other, with no waiting area. I had doubts as we were waiting awhile with no one acknowledging us. I gave them a chance, as I noticed there was only two employees working and they were doing their absolute BEST. They were so extremely apologetic when they sat us down, & I was super understanding as I know how hard it is to be short staffed. Our food came out quick, & let me tell you! HANDS DOWN THE BEST CHILAQUILES I have ever had! (I’ve tried numerous places) Well worth the price! & don’t get me started on the café de olla! It was insanely delicious. I will admit, this place needs a little work, but it’s WORTH trying!!! I will most...
