Horrible the Spanish female manager on task on valentines Day on Such a busy day a register was having difficulty on return or exchange asked the manager to take look. the register apologized to the customers because they been waiting over 20 minutes the manager responded you don’t have to apologize to anyone because you are doing your job ohh well they have to wait .so rude and disrespectful I can’t believe it .I think this manager needs to understand is very important to welcome customers and stand your position to make sure on any longer time Appreciate your customers for better business. It's really sad that this is such a nice dollar tree with so many items and the employees who work here keep it looking so raggedy dirty and nasty... it's currently 5:20pm and the toy isle is all on the floor.. yes on the floor getting stepped on by the very employee who looked like she threw the entire isle on the floor to organize it then had the audacity to have an attitude with people that are still trying to shop in the isle.. I have never seen anyone take an entire isle full of stuff and throw it all over the floor .... this store needs a real manager because whoever is managing these people clearly...

The manager Damaris is very rude and disrespectful she has no customer service skills what so ever. She should not be allowed to work with people if she doesn’t know how to be professional. Shouting at customers I’m sure is not how she was trained. I mistakenly dropped an item on the floor and she yelled at me and told me next time grab a carriage and she yelled at me to pay for the item I broke.
