When you walk inside, a strong smell of A** immediately hits you! 😷🤢 They failed the states health inspection (not a coincidence) and they are very rude and unprofessional towards customers. I am giving Peppers a one star because their service is lacking. I went there for lunch because I work close by the bakery. When I arrived, there was a female in the back room working. She saw me through the window and kept working. No greeting. No, " Hi, I'll be with you in a moment". While I was waiting two more customers came in. She had us waiting for close to 10 minutes. We were all on our lunch break and did not have time to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing. So, All three of us left. I tried this place 3 times. Hoping each time the customer service was better and the food. Customer service is what can make this place from okay to great! It’s almost like you are bothering the employees from coming in. It also feels like if you aren’t Jamaican they will not treat you with a decent amount of respect. Everyone is just plain old rude.
