Krauszer's Food Stores — Attraction in East Hartford

Asked to speak to a manager after paying for extra meat on a sandwich & I get home and 3 pieces of bacon on the sandwich & charged me for it, so I go back to mention what just took place & the so called manager argued with me about how I have personal issues with the store instead correcting the problem!!!! First issue was price gouging where they were over charging me for something that cost $2 less on their menu. These guys do not practice any peace!!!! Today marks my last time going here after witnessing such unprofessionalism and the smell of the store smells like cat and human piss mixed with mice piss which reeks through the entire store. Do not drink from any containers if mice are traveling on products through their store. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and Public Health Department.
