🌟 Amazing All Year! 🌿 Longwood is one of my favorite gardens to visit. Its expansive and beautifully designed landscape showcases a variety of garden styles. You can relax, wander, and endlessly explore everything it has to offer.

Don't Miss: 🌷 Outdoor gardens such as the Rose Garden, Italian Water Garden, Topiary Garden, Idea Garden, Flower Garden Walk, Meadow Garden, Pierce's Woods and Forest Walk. 🌿 The Conservatory—with exotic plants, orchids, palms, ferns and stunning seasonal display. It also has a children's play area. 🌴 Longwood Reimagined—new area featuring Mediterranean plants. 🎆 Summer Fountain Shows—spectacular performances of water, light, and music (check the schedule online). 🎄 Holidays are exceptional! The gardens are spectacular and decorated throughout.

🍂 Here are a few tips: • Purchase tickets in advance (online recommended). So many people visit that this is critical. • Family-friendly but no pets. • Check the weather, as much of the garden is outdoors. • Wear comfortable shoes for walking. •Visit the website to see what’s in bloom and view upcoming concerts or events—tickets sell quickly. • Parking is free, but it can be a bit of a walk to the entrance. You may drop off guests before parking.

🥗 Snacks & Dining There are a variety of dining options from casual to fine dining. • The Cafe and Beer Garden have a wide range of food and beverages. You can eat inside or outside. • 1901 is their highend restaurant. Be sure to make reservations. • During the winter holidays, you’ll often find stands along the paths selling hot drinks and snacks.

The first time I visited was a few years ago and I would have rated my visit 5 starts then. I came for the first time in the springtime and I had no kids. My wife was very pregnant with our first child and we had just missed the tulips. Visited too early! Such fond memories!

This visit, I have two kids in tow, and wow, so much to see and do with the little ones! We got to see three different types of fountain shows. The illuminated show is definitely worth the wait. This place is massive, so plan accordingly. The food at the café was surprisingly good!

The sunset here is epic. Everything just seems otherworldly and pristine. Thoughtfully and tastefully executed. I love this place! I love how much my family loved it here. This place is a must visit! Shout out to Dave working outside of the Conservatory and Mandy over by the train for all...

Longwood Gardens is truly one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever visited. The gardens are perfectly maintained, with stunning flower displays, elegant fountains, and an amazing variety of plants from all over the world. Every corner feels like a new discovery — from the breathtaking conservatory to the vibrant outdoor meadows.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to share interesting facts about the plants and history of the gardens. The fountain shows are absolutely spectacular, especially in the evening when the lights and music create a magical atmosphere.

It’s a perfect place for nature lovers, photographers, or anyone who wants to relax and enjoy some quiet time surrounded by beauty. Whether you visit in spring, summer, fall, or during the holiday season, Longwood Gardens never...

I love LG. The Xmas 🎄 displays, and especially the light shows, are astonishingly beautiful! The new greenhouse is gorgeous. This was my first time back since all of the major renovations, and the updates are truly lovely. I’m interested to see what it will be like in the Spring, since it felt oddly like there weren’t as many plants to view as there were in the old greenhouses. Still, quite wonderful! That being said. Demerit of one star for being expensive af across the board. They could at least have ONE discount day. Or, keep the ticket price as is but make the food more affordable. To have a high ticket cost while barring re-entry ensures that most if not all of the visitors will be forced to purchase the extremely over priced food/drink… and that’s a wild level of greed.
