MISLEADING INFO, HIGHER BILL, AND EMPTY PROMISES
I never leave negative reviews, and I don’t like to “tattletale” on a company, but this experience warrants one. I’m now out hundreds of dollars and counting.
My in-store experience started off well. Wes was quick and seemed thoughtful. However, he rushed me through the process while juggling other customers and had me sign a contract, assuring me that my first bill wouldn’t actually be that high and would “correct itself” in a few days. It has now been over a week, and Verizon billing has confirmed that all the charges are valid.
He also told me I would receive 3 years of Apple Music for free, and now my monthly bill is also $10 higher than what he quoted me in the store. And if I removed the Apple Music, the bill remains the same. There is so much confusion between this retailer and the Verizon billing department.
On top of that, I am wary to believe I will even receive the promised Mastercard to pay off my AT&T phone.
One more thing to note—they asked me to leave a 5-star review while I was still in the store, before I ever received a bill or saw any charges. That may explain why there are so many overly positive reviews here.
Unless you are prepared to spend hours on the phone with Verizon billing (who, to their credit, have been trying to help me), I strongly recommend purchasing directly from Verizon instead of through this retailer.

At one point I called the Kennett Square Verizon Store near my house.
After talking to Chris I stopped in the store. Chris took the time to provide me with options and reviewed my account. After working with both Chris and Sophie it was one of the best customer service encountered.
They reviewed my accounts found discounts available to me based on my account. In the end I got an upgraded phone and watch.
When I picked up the items Chris worked almost 2.5 hours to transfer my info and set both items up.
Finally while there I met the Regional Manager, Emily, who also took the time to meet and discuss my purchases. She thanked me for being a 27 year loyal Verizon customer. Thanks Chris / Sophie / and Emily. Great experience. I may have paid some tax in Pa but so worth the customer...
