However however however.
It isn't just that you will need earplugs if you go. It's that they probably won't be enough. Storytime is kinda cute, there's a bunch of volunteer tutors, and this library does a fairly good job of serving a very diverse community, and on a shoestring as far as I can tell. However the staff make zero attempt to address raucous teens arguing and even singing unless someone complains, and they definitely don't follow up on the complaints they get. I understand that these kids are better off in the library than out getting caught up in drive-by shootings, but come on. It's very clean/ peaceful. Librarians & staff are very friendly and professional. My child loves to go finish up school work. And down time they have few games for kids.
