Redner's Warehouse Markets — Attraction in East Pikeland Township

I live near this Redner's and I shop there more than often but today was the last straw for the prejudice judgment toward me. I am frequent shopper member which I use on every purchase yet every time I use self check out I'm hawked down like some kind of thief, which I typically ignore. I even had a attendant ask me if I was finish scanning and ready to pay, randomly in the middle of my order but today topped it!

After fininsihing my purchase the attendant walked up to me and asked, "You didn't use any coupons?" which I replied, "No." She then went on to ask, "Did you just pay with a $50 bill?" I replied, "Yes." She then repeated, "just making sure" muitlple times. WHAT?! This is ridiculous! Making sure of what? My receipt and CHANGE was hanging out the machine and I'm grabbing my bags and your making sure I paid with a $50 bill? CRAZY! I will be contacting HQ via letter and I won't let this situations or these "minimum wage retirees" stop me from the great deals but I will handle the next situation differently. Shame on this location!

Today I had such an amazing experience at the redners location! I am a usual shopper there for my weekly grocery’s but today I went to pick up the cupcake order I had for my children’s birthday party and the baker was so sweet and surpassed my expectations of what I wanted! They looked fantastic and she even ordered herself special picks for them and gave them to me free of charge! Also in the produce department I went to pick up a precut fruit bowl and was just looking for a pre packaged veggie tray. I asked a worker since I didn’t see any out and he insisted they make one for me right there on the spot! They were quick to make it it was so fresh and looked on par! Best store on the planet! It isn't fancy but the prices are excellent and the staff is beyond helpful. For example, I somehow lost my wallet at checkout and didn't realize it until the next day. Panicking, I drove back to the store and went to the register I'd used the day before. I explained to the cashier my wallet was missing and the last I'd had it was right there. She asked me to hang on, went to the front office and asked me a series of questions confirming I was me and, yes she had it! The whole thing could have gone so badly but thanks to the kind and honest people at Redners, it all turned out better than I could have hoped! What wonderful people! Also, they have the best price on Rosenbergs milk, a good amount of local fruit and good prices without needing to 'shop the sales'....
