Burger King — Restaurant in East Pikeland Township

Okay so my experience tonight was beyond awful. I ordered my food and then drove to the location. I always wait forever here so I knew it would be some time. When I got to the window they handed me a bag with 8 chicken nuggets, one large fry and one large drink. When I said it wasn’t right he came back with a bag of my 8 motzerella sticks and another 8 piece nugget. When I then again let him know he was wrong he finally asked what was missing. Another fry and 4 more chicken nuggets. Now I was annoyed but I figured I had all my food so I’d be fine. Nope I get home all my food is cold or soggy except the motz sticks. And then on top of that. My Dr Pepper I ordered is a coke. I just don’t get it. I get it was late but it was 11:30. When I asked for a manager the kid who handed me my 3 messed up bags said he was the manager. When I asked simply how does this even happen he said he was sorry and didn’t print out the ticket. I don’t get why you can’t print the ticket out and do it right. I’m annoyed I spent my money and time for shitty crappy cold old state food. Except one thing. Couldn’t even enjoy my drink. Not...

I've become a bit of a connoisseur of Burger Kings, since I've begun eliminating meat from my diet and the Impossible Whopper is so good..and I work crazy hours and often am too tired to cook. This particular BK, is near a few places I deliver to, for my one job. I don't have time to stop, I just need to grab a sandwich and get going to my next delivery. So it's a little frustrating that the line at this BK is soooooo long every single time. And it's that two lane system, which intimidates me. I always feel weird about moving forward when it's time to merge. So, it's annoying how you'll rarely get out of here quickly, because for some reason it's super crowded every time. But the employees are nice and have never screwed up my order which is more than I can say for more BKs. However, another issue I have is that they apparently don't allow anyone inside. Even though indoor dining is now legal in our area. Even if they don't want people eating in, they could at least allow people inside just to pick up mobile orders.. Manager of the store demands to her employee to lock the doors to keep customers out around 1pm on a Saturday. Says she doesn't want people "staring at her while she works"!? She does this with me and others standing in line waiting to order. Then tells me and other customers to walk out the back door and around the building so she doesn't have to lock the door behind us as we leave?? Even got angry in front of us all when a customer from the dining area walked up to order ice cream after he finished his meal. Hollering at her workers about who left a door open for more people to come in. There was only a few people inside to order at this time

As a handicapped individual I found this incredibly insensitive and very rude to ask me to walk around the building to get to my car which was parked in the handicap spot. . I've worked in fast food when I was younger, anyone who might do this where I worked would have lost their job...
