Overall very good experience. This was my first time at skyzone - I had my 7 year old and my nearly 2yr old with me. My review is based on attending a birthday party. It’s a large facility in the back of an industrial building - there were plenty of signs so it was not hard to find. Once we filled out the waivers the kids were given special grippy socks (free for party goers). I had to pay for my 2yr old so she could play & buy her socks because she wasn’t part of the party. All the kids get a sticker name tag which doubles as a indication as to what group they are in (A, B, C) and to what time they are allotted. The Birthday party stays together for the first half of play time doing different sections before being able to go to whichever area they’d like. One thing I wish they told me when I got there was that there is a dedicated Toddler area. I didn’t find this area until half an hour after just holding my 2 year old while the big kids played. There also is a concession area, couches for parents, lockers, cubbies, and even two massage chairs (you have to pay to use I believe). It was well staffed. It was a lot of fun for the kids, and next time I’ll probably join in the fun too! Let out your inner child and visit for a couple hours of family fun.

This place is gross, there’s trash all over the floor, I brought my child who waited over 45 min to play basketball and as there is no staff around; in the basketball area there seemed to be what looked like adults/late teens were playing and wouldn’t allow my son to play. He even tried to just go in where he was kicked out. When a staff did show up he just hung around and played with some of the kids. Staff is so unfriendly - I found someone’s debit card to which I alerted a staff member who went gave a dirty look and brought it to the desk and didn’t say one word. Spent so much money on such a less the mediocre experience. $85 for 3 kids is outrageous.

I am solely basing this off of a BIRTHDAY PARTY experience. Every year I try a new/different/unique place to throw a birthday party for my son, Rhode Island is not very large and very scarce on locations. I came accross Sky Zone and thought it woudl be perfect. There was a $100.00 deposit (understandbel) and the party package I chose was the Super Jump Package (The Dodgeball one, which is one up, didn't allow you to go in the regular jumping room and was only the dodgeball room). I added 15 party favors so in total (including my $100.00 deposit) was $437 approx. Well when we first got there, we had to sign waivers via their computers (which I knew about) but they had us stading int the foyer for 30 minutes aimlessly. After waiting she "allowed" us to go into the part room and the kids were allowed to go jump at that moment. I was asked if we wanted to order more pizza (I asked how many boxes do we get and she replied with 1, which is odd for 15 kids and then you have to consider the PARENTS would want to eat too!..but I can blame that on me because I should've read that). In any case I told her I wanted 3 boxes in total. I had to provide my own cake....the room was not decorated whatsoever. They did provide foam plates, juice box and plastic utensils and small bottles of water...that is all. The host was very friendly and nice. I didn't receive the party favors. I called later on to mention that I did not receive the party favors and that I wanted a refund for that which was an extra $75-$80. She mentioned I was only charged for 5 party favors (only 5 kids showed up to the party). She did mention went ahead and broke down the cost $379.00 for the party, $30 EACH for the two extra pizza boxes I received ( WHICH ARE FROM RONZIO, I READ ON THE BOX....they cost no MORE THAN $10.00 if THAT). I also mentioned that we stayed in the front for 30 minutes which she replied that is normal and that is part of the check in. So basically our host accomodated us by taking us to the room early because no one was there due to the MOTHERS DAY HOLIDAY. In any case what I REALLY paid for was 40 minutes in the "party room" to eat and cut the cake, one hour of jumping for the kids, 1 box of pizza on them (2 extra at $60.00 per my request) juice box plates and utensils which I couldve brought in a total of 1 1/2 hours for $437.00...NOT WORTH IT. Granted the kids had....but never had I left a party thinking that's it....for all of that money THAT'S IT? Last year we went to United Skated of America (down the street) and IT WAS A BLAST!!!!! They gave us a discount becuase about 10 kids showed up instead of 20....unlimited drinks for the kids...pizza was cheap and they had other foods to choose from. We were there for at least 3 hours....including lazer tag skating video games and all for $250.00!!!!!!!! I would not recommend doing a party here....the money really just isn't worth it...AT ALL. Maybe to take kids jumping here and there but that's it. WAY OVERPRICED and not...

Check in team member was very nice. There was another team member named Cristian who went above and beyond to answer my questions, help resolve my issues and interact with my children... I have been to several other trampoline parks, it didn’t matter which socks my kids wore as long as they were jump socks. The option of buying sky zone socks or trading in your own socks is a little over the top with micromanaging. I had two toddlers with me and four 10 year olds. My older so called toddler was jumping with the big kids and was immediate yelled at and kicked off by a team member. When I looked on the main court there was a child who was quite smaller than my son jumping. I had to seek out a member and ask what the problem was. I was told that a parent could put any age on the waiver and it couldn’t be questioned, but because I was honest my son gets the boot? Also besides my kids, there were only two other kids jumping there, not crowed with the potential of someone getting hurt. Cristian was nice enough to explain to me that I had the option of bumping up my older toddler, the person who kicked my child off should have told me. Next there were not enough team members for every area to be open. My little ones had to wait to be able to go to an area they were “allowed” which was only wasting the time I had paid for. For the last 15 minutes of our time because there wasn’t anyone on the main court Christian allowed all the children in my party to jump together which I appreciated. If it wasn’t for him doing damage control my review would have been much worse. Still due to all these problems I will not be returning nor will I recommend any of my...

The girl at the front desk was rude. The entire park was dead with a total of less than 10 jumpers on a Friday night. This includes my child and his three cousins that met us there. We weren't aware of the 7pm neon jump and didn't want to stay for two hours and be required to purchase neon shirts etc in order to jump. Since it was already 6:23pm the front desk attendant said we could only jump until 7pm. She informed us that we would only pay for a half hour. 4 & under pricing is $14 for an hour I was still charged for an entire hour. Since we were on a time restriction i didn't argue and just paid. At 7pm the boy overseeing the trampoline grid was nice and told me that it's now 7pm and to let my son know so we could leave. I felt bad for the kid since the Skyzone team was apparently yelling at him through the earpiece to the point that he actually removed it. Mind you after getting my son ready and leaving there was only one jumper for the neon jump. I understand that rules are needed for the safety of everyone but this is the most strict trampoline park i have ever attended. I stepped on the padding around the trampoline to help my son and was immediately yelled at. I was also wearing jumping socks as well. I tend to go to Aero in Woonsocket or Fun City in Seekonk but went to Skyzone since the group I was meeting there wanted to give Skyzone a try. Not only is Skyzone more expensive than most of the other parks they also offer a lot less in terms of activities. I will not be going back to Skyzone. ALSO please light up your...
