First to the Google community regarding my reviews, THANK YOU and I'm glad that my reviews have and will continue to help you on decisions. With that said, you know when I post a review its an honest review ! If I could give this location and KFC as a whole a NEGATIVE 5, I will do so. I was at this location on Saturday, June 7, 2025 around 6 pm., and ordered the new $ 7.00 fill up meal and upgraded to a large. In the past 2 months and my 3rd visit to a KFC, my first question is where is the chicken, like can the real chicken please stand up. It seems like the chicken is more of a baby size chicken and not a full size chicken. I ate my food and return back to home in Boston. At 2 am on Sunday morning I was woke up with a burning chest pain, I drank some water and went back to bed. I was awoken again at 6:40 am just to be throwing up for the next 8 minutes, everything I ate at KFC was now out of me. I went back to bed and stayed there until Monday morning. My entire body was sore and felt like a truck ran over me. I don't believe from this negative experience I spent the whole day in bed. I called and spoke to the manager on Monday, June 9th. to inquire if anyone else might have been sick, she said no and added the food is fried. Well only the chicken is fried and is being fried does this make our food safer ? I don't think so. I told her I lost the entire day on Sunday and even though I own the business, this was unacceptable. She asked if I went to the doctor or a clinic, I told her no that wasn't on my mine at that point of time. She stated that she couldn't refund me for the lost time of work. Well, like I stated, I own the business so I was okay with that, however a sincere apology and a refund of my meal of $ 10.25 would be acceptable. I received nothing ! Read moreI had made a mobile order about 2 minutes before entering the drive-thru. I noticed that it said it would be 20 minutes but being that it is “fast food” I figured getting in line would make it faster. Boy was I wrong! There was not a single vehicle waiting in the drive-thru so I go to the window quickly. I sit there for probably 45 seconds to a minute before being told to pull up and the food would be brought out to me. I figured that I would wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes at most before receiving my food. I notice cars pulling up to the window and getting their food within a minute or two. I knew that there was only two other mobile orders because they originally couldn’t find my order and told me who they saw. So obviously they didn’t all mobile order. As it passes 30 minutes I get more annoyed that I haven’t gotten my food yet so I decide to park and go in.
As I wait in line, the manager asks if I have a mobile order and I tell him yes, the name associated with it, and what had happened. The worker in the front immediately says she didn’t take the order (which I obviously knew) and would have said something before if she did. He then goes over to the worker at the window and asks if he had me pull up which he essentially answered “oops, I completely forgot I did” to the manager. He then tells me that he thought I had already gotten my food. Mind you the bag was right near him so not completely sure how that’s possible. It was probably because the app showed the order as picked up, likely due to something the worker pressed on his end.

Read moreWe just ordered from this location and at the time of ordering the girl that was on the speaker did not sound to eager when she took our order. She sounded like she hates working here. Once we arrived at the window we were told that they ran out of bacon and we had to take the sandwiches as is. We weren’t offered anything because of the inconvenience. They gave us even a worse attitude because we were upset about the one thing that they ran out. They should have said something ahead of time and not sell the sandwich. When we got our order they gave us more attitude like we did something wrong. We will not be returning to this location ever again. They did not offer a good customer service and the advertising for the BBQ chicken sandwich is very deceiving. I am not surprised if these workers tempered with our food.
