7/03/2016 .. Came home from work craving some taco bells picked up my son & my fiancé .. It was 12:05pm when we arrived the line was long but I waited .. 59 minutes passed and I finally got to order my food .. I was so hungry came home from a 12/8:45 shift wanting some tacos .. There were some cars a head of Me that had a problem with the "manager " because of beeping their horn, a car couple cars behind me beeped the horn " CASSANDRA GRECO " that said she CASSANDRA GRECOwas the manager .. Looked out and yelled out was that you guys.. We quickly said no and I told her maybe the line needs to hurry up.. ( all she was doing was talking to her friend inside standing around ) she CASSANDRA GRECO waited for me to get to the window for her to tell me she was not going to serve me ! My 2yr old son was in the back sleeping with his nobbing me starving and so was my fiancé .. Here I am hungry going to bed because nothing is opened so I will have to wait till tmw .. .. Someone walks out and I ask if anyone is working the window, she goes in to say something, 5 min later someone comes to window I tell them the names he walks away and now 15 min later I ring the bell until someone comes, asks the names one was on the counter the whole time, the other needed the drinks, mind you the drivethru was not busy at all. one car here one car there. i ask why it takes so long to make 4 items and he says we are short staffed even though there were 6 people working. Read moreI have zero clue what is wrong with taco bell. Every single gooe item they just choose to remove it makes zero sense. The move to eliminate the $2 menu and grill chicken chipotle burrito was the nail in the coffin for me.
Like I'd go there multiple times a week and spend 12 dollars getting the $2 items but of course enough is never enough right taco bell? Now there is literally not one single thing remaining on your menu that I crave or would ever go back for and now you get $0 dollars.
Should serve as a lesson regarding corporate greed and failure to gauge customer interest in products. Your decision to eliminate the $2 menu you feel will make you more profitable but you have alienated your customer base so much that customer attrition will increase exponentially and there's nothing left anyone even...
