Just moved into a brand new house- was able to work with AVI during construction to accomplish 3 goals: 1st) design an optimal mesh network with appropriate gear, 2nd) design a SIMPLE approach to whole-house sound, including multiple TV's, and 3rd) design a suite of powered shades throughout the house. That was a pretty full ask for 1 company, and AVI has delivered. The audio and internet installation required multiple days and was exceptionally implemented by Matt (aka ‘Obiwan’) and Kyle (aka ‘Mathew Stafford’) and ably assisted by Jeff & Steve- they were outstanding. Super competent, professional, courteous, friendly. They often consulted with me and offered different ideas when situations warranted, which I very much appreciated. including walking through the demonstrations at the end. Hayley was our primary contact for initial audio and internet design scope requirements as well as our designer for the power shades. Having a single point person like Hayley to work with greatly simplified the process (including reviewing overall plan with Jim, the founder!) and if we needed a more technical consultation she facilitated that as well. Originally used Audio Video Intelligence in Easton back in 2007 for setting up TVs and speakers through my new home. Everything is quality and still working like new. Now we just had them get us Intellipure air cleaning units. I Love these units. I have some allergy symptoms but more of a problem is my son. He has been to allergists for 3 years. They told him he is allergic to 17 different things. It’s not food allergies, it’s more dust, pollen, types of grass and outdoor things. He became a 2 time wrestling state champion this year but was having a real problem breathing through it when the New England tournament came and he didn’t do as well as expected. These units had us both feeling better in about 3-4 days. We started with the mid size one in the family room where we spend much of our time. We have since moved that unit upstairs and mostly in my sons room and have purchased a whole house one for the rest. Made a big difference. The best air purifiers on the market (a list sent to us by the allergist) were all talking out particles as small as .03 microns in size. These intellipure systems take out particles as small as .007 microns. I noticed it right away. I did not have a great experience with this company and would not recommend them. I feel that the process was very salesy and they did not have my best interest and was sold by salesman not a consultant. Spent $10,000 on 8 cameras in which the ones that Xfinity within their package work way better as far as quality is concerned and wouldn’t have to deal with intermittent tech connection issues I’ve had thus far. On a brand new construction of my home, I was recommended to put the cameras in before sheet rocking in which my electrician left wires everywhere just for them to plug in the cameras. Of course they were dismounted and out of place so they can sheet rock properly. You would think this company would come back to Put the cameras back in place and make sure it is properly aligned but nope want to nickel and dime me for additional money to finish the project. They did not need to run any wires and never even did a site visit at the beginning of the project. I’m all set with these types of antics and unprofessionalism....
