Take Outs Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Easton

Ordered delivery like I have many times before. I live in a condo complex and deliveries from many places frequently end up on the wrong door step. Not a problem, we tend to work it out. Well tonight after waiting over an hour for my food I gave the restaurant a call because it was supposed to be here in 40 minutes. I don’t appreciate the tone of blame and attitude I received for your delivery drivers mistake. My food was handed to someone in a different unit. The repeated “whatever” and “it’s fine” with increasing agitation was completely unnecessary. I know there are people out there who would pull this for free food. But that isn’t me. Someone else took my food from your driver. Your driver went to the wrong place. And I don’t appreciate you outright lying when I explained my door mat and front decor looked a certain way and you snapped back that is where the driver went. It isn’t. Ordered take out for our first time here today. We had a pretty lengthy order with some specifics. First, our order was delivered earlier than expected. The driver was extremely courteous (even from behind a mask.) He followed all of our delivery instructions. Every item that we ordered arrived as it should have, nothing missing. When we opened up the food we were very surprised to see the presentation we did. You could tell that everything was made with care, and not just sloppily thrown in boxes.. like a lot of places are doing these days. The food was really good, and perfectly hot. I don't just mean your average pizza place kind of good, I'm talking, I will be a regular customer moving forward. Sad to say, but to the other places I used to frequently order from, "Until we merry meet again, my friend." Haha.. Take Outs impressed me above my anticipations, and I can't wait to try more items from them....

Terrible!! The owner has no idea how to run a business, extremely rude! They have been open for well over 3months and still making amateur mistakes. I placed an order for pickup and after picking it up confident that I was given my entire order only to find out half was missing! I go back and find out that the other half of my order was taken on a delivery by mistake. They should be a bit more careful. I'm told the "girl" would be back in 2 minutes with my food. I gave them two minutes still no "girl" with my food. Uh because they probably forgot to make it. So I demanded my money back and I was told I'd have to wait for my food to get back before I could have my money back... Unacceptable! Will never order again.
