I walked into the store, this was the second time I’d done this. My first encounter was in December of 2021(about 7-8 months) I was met with the exact same scenario, I ordered our dinner from the menus plastered beneath the glass counter top, thinking surely they’ve been updated since my last visit. Well,,,,they weren’t but although I was being watched by the owner AND the cashier that did not really understand English, while I was reading down the menu trying to decide what I wanted to order for my family, the math in my head according to their menus added up to about $21 before taxes. Then I was hit with a total of $29, why I ask, in jumps the owner JUST like she did 8 months ago and informed me that prices have changed since about 5 yrs ago and not to pay attention to the old prices because the old menus are difficult to replace from under the glass counter too!! I ask why don’t you have other updated menus updated in store to order from, “ oh they are available online”. !!!!! I took a paper menu available by the side, the prices were redacted but no new prices to guide you!!! Point of this is, I was slightly emba, slightly hungry and too late to go somewhere else for a quick Saturday dinner, so I paid the NEW PRICE and walked away a bery dissatisfied customer. I feel it is a scam that has repeatedly worked for them, hence my EXACT same experience 9 months prior! I call this false advertisement that they’ve gotten away with for far too long! They need to be held accountable for...

Horrible service took order over the phone more than 5 times we went over order and location of address. I then waited the hour like they said for delivery then gave them a few minutes more which ended up coming to over an hour and a half. I then call in asking is my order out for delivery, the women on the phone then proceeded to tell me I ordered at another location then remembered she messed up wrote the order up and never gave it out. I then ask so my food was never made and she said no I said okay I will still take the delivery and our food for half price she laughed and said no. Will never do business again. Terrible...

Ordered food one night one of many, but this was the last night I ever ordered... Had a date over and we both got seriously ill from the food.. needless to say, that was quite an embarrassing evening. When I say "ill" , I don't mean like McDonald's junk food ill, I mean like almost checking into the emergency room ill. It was UGLY. I highly recommend you stay away from this place, I meant to notify the Board of Health, but...
