Edinburg City Hall — Attraction in Edinburg

The website for paying utilities is an absolute joke. How can you be an entity like the “City of Edinburg” and have such a piss poor website for residents to pay their bills?? The cherry on top is that now they charge an online processing fee and other misc fees for using their terrible website to pay your bill. As if it’s a convenience to sit there and watch a loading screen forever just to pay a water bill. Terrible convenience, needs immediate attention. Should use some actual money to hire professionals to run your website and online portals for payments....

What a beautiful building! Edinburg has become such a beautiful city. The amount of work that's done to make this place sparkle is impressive. Other cities should take note.

Friendly staff at the door. Security across the campus and it's always so clean! No real issues. Plenty of parking and even street parking if needed. It's down the street from the Cultural Arts Center and a 5 min walk from the UTRGV campus.

Plenty of restaurants, coffee places, and business in this small area. Truly a beautiful city!...

First contact with the utility department was rude. Unprofessionally asking to repeat myself due to an inaudible statement. (Wasn’t the only encounter with rude people.)
