This is the single worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered condolence flowers for my aunt who is grieving the loss of her son. First my order was canceled without any call or reason from the shop...I just received an email saying it was canceled. I called to find out why and the girl who answered said it was because they didn't have the base or flowers from the arrangement I ordered. So I asked her to substitute. I received numerous calls throughout the day for one issue or another (from problems with the credit card refund to issues with the delivery). They called to say they couldn't deliver the flowers because no one was home. I asked them to leave the flowers anyway and they said there was no place to leave them. They wanted me to give them my aunts phone number so they could call her to have them pick them up from the shop. I said absolutely not - I wasn't going to have my grieving aunt interrupted by having I pick up sympathy flowers. I asked if they could redeliver at another time and they said they could but I would be charged another delivery fee. Finally I just asked for a refund and they said they could do that but only with a 20% fee. I said this was unacceptable since my flowers were not actually being delivered. Then the owner's daughter preceded to arid with me about how their policy is fair and most customers are perfectly happy with it. I cannot believe anyone (much less the owner a service shop) would argue with someone who is mourning the loss of a family member, and refuse to give them a refund. In the end she said they were leaving the flowers on the side of the road and "hopefully they don't get stolen or damaged, but we take no responsibility. And I'm pretty much done with you." Read moreI ordered a memorial wreath for a family member and was at the funeral home when it arrived...missing the condolence card and WHO it was from. When I texted to inform them, they blamed the funeral home for losing the card. After going back and forth, their best customer solution was to take another tiny place card the next morning. Most of the mourners attended the evening service...where the wreath had NO MESSAGE. They refused to give even a 10% refund or credit on a future arrangement. The owner thought he had outdone himself by replacing the card HIS delivery person lost! I do NOT recommend this business...the phrase “Buyer BEWARE” or “caveat emptor” is quite appropriate. They seem to delight in taking advantage of someone who spent $240 on an arrangement with no message attached. This rating is based on their extremely poor customer service...obviously they do not care about the customer...

Since we do not live locally, we relied on Valeria’s knowledge and expertise to provide the best flower arrangement suitable for the occasion. This year she was extra helpful in every possible way, from providing the rules that the school had just instilled regarding no vases, to picking out the right size bouquet for his daughter to carry around. She was always willing to answer all my questions and quick to send me photos, of examples and of the final flower arrangement.
