Super laid back, friendly atmosphere. Great coffee options, authentic Mexican hot chocolate, tasty treats and AFFOGATO! I travel to the RGV almost weekly for work, and on an unormaly cold November day was craving hot chocolate. After seeing "The Grind" was mere minutes from my last meeting at Dr. Yazji's office, I decided to give it a try. As soon as I saw the offerings on the "Fall menu" I knew this place was a winner. The staff was super friendly in a laid back atmosphere. I'll be back to try the coffees. Can't wait! #foodiejockey

Great coffee shop in Edinburg, TX. Whenever I visit the Valley I spend parts of my day at this coffee shop trying different drinks and using their wifi for work :). The only item I have not liked is the Applewood Smoked Latte. It tasted like what I imagine an intense make out session with Joe Camel would be like. I also always buy beans towards the end of my trip and gift them to friends or use them myself. My friends love them and so do I.

This place is the perfect break from stress in the valley. The staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and the ambience is perfecto. If you are looking for a local coffee shop with great coffee and a place to relax/work, this is your joint. The music Is sometimes a little loud when trying to sit and talk and is at times a little vulgar for a chill coffee joint, but otherwise it was great. Enjoy!
