I recommend KTD computer's for help with questions. I am nearly 80, bought new HP Windows 11, and was having difficulty transitioning from Windows 7 (big difference). Alex helped me tremendously, and spoke in my terms- so kind and patient. I totally recommend, not to hesitate, if you are having any problem with your computer, go to KTD...

staff is rude, people are inexperienced and items and service overpriced!! tries to push dell products at a markup from dell I would recommended highly another service, tried to scam me into things I...
